"It's snowing, Josh!"

"I know."

"You don't seem excited."

"I'm not."

"Why not?"

"Because I don't like snow. It's cold."

"But it's beautiful! And it's pure! The purest thing that comes from the sky!"

"Yeah... But like everything that comes from up there, it always gets ruined, don't you think?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well... Like everything God gave us. He gave us life. The Earth. His Son. His gave us love, and understanding, and peace. And what did we do with it? We ruined did. We ruined it with war and hate and... greed. And just like all that is good, snow is going to be ruined by our heavy dirty feet."

"..."

"..."

"Well, okay. But you seem to forget one thing."

"Which is?"

"When it snows again, the imprints of our feet will be covered by yet another layer of pureness."

"Just so we have a blank canvas to ruin again."

"That's my point: you can start over, every morning. Remember?"
