Val's POV

"LILLIANA, RICCARDO, CHRISTIAN, DINNER'S READY," I yelled. "YEAH," Luca says, setting the table up. All three kids come running down. "You guys are all almost adults but still run downstairs for food like children. Why?" I ask. They all sit at the table and sigh. "Because Ma, food is life. Without it, we'd be dead. It's delicious too. Especially your cooking." Lilli says. "Mhm. I agree." Luca says making me laugh. Luca and I sit down and start eating. The kids do so as well.

Ricc starts messing with Lilli and she starts to get mad. Christian just starts laughing. "Kids." They all stop and sit up straight at the sound of Luca's voice. I smile at him and he smiles back. Putting his hand on my thigh. Even after all these fucking years he still has the same effect on me as he did the first time we kissed.

"Lilli, you excited for college in a month?" I ask. Ricc grunts. "Yeah I am actually very excited."

"Yeah you're so excited. Good for you." Ricc mumbles. Christian laughs again. "What stick is up your ass." He asks. "Language," I say, he looks down. "Sorry, Ma."

"I have to train to be a mafia leader. After high school, I don't get a normal life. Which is just great." He says. Luca smiles. "I was the same way son. Then I got a taste of being capo and I learned to love it." Ricc looks up at his dad. "I hope I will." He says.

"I'm not going to college until next year but I'm excited too," Christian says, obviously messing with Ricc.

"Don't start boys," I say, they look at me and then back to their food. Then someone opens the door, Luca's hand is already on his gun. Then I see who comes in. "Hey bitches," Violet says. I smile at my best friend and get up to hug her. Roberto then follows in. Lilli squeals and gets up, hugging him. Making sure not to do anything inappropriate in front of her dad.

Yeah, my best friends son is my daughter's boyfriend. Then Stella comes in, bringing her daughter with her. As well as her husband. Lilli squeals once again, and hugs Alessia. My best friend's daughter is my daughter's best friend. Yeah small world.

"Hey, Josh," I say, hugging Stella's husband. They met only a week after the twins were born. They eventually fell in love, therefore that's where Alessia comes in. She is a year younger then Lilli, but they love each other a lot. Everyone comes to the table and starts eating. Roberto may have been the oldest here, but he and Ricc are also best friends.

It sometimes puts stress on their friendship because of Lilli's and Roberto's relationship. Ricc is very protective of his sister. So is Christian. Even if he's younger. I find it so fucking cute. But who better for his twin sister then his best friend, right? They always get over the small things. It makes them inseparable.

After a few hours, everyone goes home and the Alfonso's go to bed.

"Do you remember our life eighteen years ago," I ask, as I lay in Luca's arms. He looks at me curiously. "What do you mean?" He says. "Like remember when you killed an entire mafia? And then our wedding, and then us finding out about Christian. Then buying this house? I'm just, so fucking grateful for you, for our kids, for this life. I couldn't have asked for better Luca." I say, now crying. He smiles.

I may have been thirty-seven and Luca may have been forty-one, but we still loved each other more than anything. We also could still get it on which was very good for me. I laugh at that statement whoops. "What?" He says, laughing a little.

"Just thinking about how old we are, and the fact we can still get it on." He smiles evilly at me. I knew that smile. He quickly was on top of me, and his shirt was off. Showing me his sexy toned body.

"Why yes, we can." He whispers. He starts passionately kissing me, and you know what happens.

Luca's POV

We wake up, and the kids get to school. I kiss my queen on the lips and then head to work. As I'm on my way to the safe house, I see the place me and Val first met. My heart aches a little. I cannot believe, this bench, twentyish years ago, I met the love of my fucking life. Who would've thought?

Val's POV

Eventually, everyone makes it home and sits on the couch with me. Lilli lays on my shoulder right next to me. The boys sit by their dad. We all watch T.V. like every other Friday night. We sit on the couch, all smiling stupidly. Christian speaks up.

"Can you please tell us the story again?" He says, half whining, the twins look at me with big eyes. I sigh. "Oh my lord. You guys have heard the fucking story eighty million times. Why again?" They all smile. "It's so cute, it has to be heard again," Lilli says dramatically. Ricc agrees. Luca looks at me playfully. He enjoys my pain. "Oh my god. Fine. Only so you'll stop bugging me." Everyone cheers.

"Once upon twentyish years ago. Luca and I met. He was a fucking dick who didn't deserve much. He started to let me in, and we became closer. Casually messing with each other in a sexual way. One day, I get taken away, and I'm stranded in Russia. I escape and Luca finds me at a motel. We arrive back home, and I give him some info. Now I realize,d I loved your dad when he went to the hospital and was almost announced dead. So after he saves me and I give him the info, we make love for the first time." Everyone but Luca freaks out. Luca and I just smile evilly.

"Anyways, I find out I was pregnant. Luca announces his love and proposes to me. Luca goes and kills an entire Mafia, and comes back to raise you two." I say gesturing to the twins.

"After a year or so, I get pregnant again. With Christian. We raised you to the respectable children you are now, and that's it. So far." Everyone claps.

"Why are you clapping? Like I've said before, you've heard this story so much." They all shrug their shoulders and smile. The kids go to bed, happy. I get into bed and Luca joins. Making me happier. "My queen, I'm so glad I met you. I'm in love with the life we created. The bad and good memories. All of it. I can't wait for more memories to come. I love you to the moon and back." Luca says. I start to cry.

"I love you too."
