Chapter 9

Dawn's POV:

I felt the morning sun shining on my face and I begin to open my eyes, once my eyes were open I looked down to see my mate still sleeping and her face buried in my chest. A smile broke across my face when I remember what happened last night, I know I was her first and she was mine which made it even more special.

I started placing soft kisses over her face trying to wake her up, she stirred a little but went back to sleep. I did the next thing that came to mind and started sucking on her mark which caused her to moan.

I giggled when she groaned and open her eyes, those ocean blue eyes will forever be my favorite thing to stare at.

"Good morning beautiful," I said while kissing her lips.

She started kissing me back and the kiss became heated, my wolf howled in the back of my head feeling the same feelings as me. The kissed started slowing down then she pulled away.

"We need to get up and have a talk with everyone, but first there is something we need to talk about."

"What is it, my love?"

"We are now mated to each other and I don't want to keep being apart from you, so I was wondering if we can put our packs together?" She asked shyly.

That never really crossed my mind that we have two different packs and I'm sure her pack is stronger than mine, but I need to talk to my pack first. I looked back down at her and can see the worry in her eyes and I just smiled down at her.

"I'll love to do that my love, but first we need to talk to my pack. Everyone is not okay with having vampires or witches in their pack, so the ones that are not okay I will break my link to them and let them become free," I told her.

We laid in bed for an hour or so before we got up and took a shower together. I wanted to do so many things to her in this shower, but I knew we had work to do.

After we finish in the shower we got out and started getting dress since I been coming over to her pack lately I brought clothes over here to leave here. I wonder how her pack would feel once they see her mark.

I walked over to her after I finished getting dressed in my skinny jeans and a white t-shirt, I kissed the side of her head and smiled at her through the mirror she was standing in front of.

"I know that we have already mated and marked each other but I thought it would still be nice to ask, Ruby Eva Hope would you be my girlfriend?"

She turned around and faced me with a big smile on her face and happiness in her eyes, you can tell she been waiting for me to ask.

"I have been waiting for you to asked me that the last few weeks and finally you did, yes Dawn I would love to be your girlfriend."

I leaned down and kissed her lips with passion and love.

We finally made it downstairs for breakfast, everyone that was at the table stood up and waited until their alpha had taken her seat. I thought it was amazing how well trained she had them, even the vampires gave her so much respect.

"Where is Sarah?" She asked everyone.

"She is in the basement, she said she can feel herself losing control over her thirst." One of the kids said.

"How is she losing control when I let her go hunting with you all?" She asked them.

"Sarah didn't go with us, she said she needed to take her punishment."

Ruby shook her head and let out a sigh, I knew she cared very much for everyone in her pack and for Sarah to be losing control over her thirst was getting to her.
