'So here we are, spending our last full day at the special paradise island resort inside a gigantic dark, cave in the middle of nowhere...' Y/n thought, with a small frown while holding Karma's hand.
The two had been paired up together (not that they'd let themselves be paired with anyone else) to venture through the cave. Or the test of courage as Korosensei called it.
To be honest, they weren't afraid. Nither Y/n nor Karma was easily scared, let alone by the darkness. However, that didn't mean that they didn't want to get this over with as fast as possible.
"Why did Koro-sensei have to do this to us?" Y/n thought out loud as Karma only shrugged his shoulders.
"Don't know, he's weird that way." Karma mused as Y/n sighed before hugging him.
'Whatever, he's about to get a taste of his own medicine very, very soon.' She thought as both of them smirked when they heard a bloodcurdling scream echo through the cave walls.
-Flashback-
"A test of courage! Sounds fun!" Maehara said, right after Koro-sensei announced what we were gonna use the rest of our time on.
With everyone agreeing or going along with the plan except a few, Y/n only stood beside Bf/n.
"Something sounds fishy about this..." Y/n said as Bf/n nodded before she whispered back to her.
"Yeah, he's definitely got some sort of ulterior motive. Knowing him, it's probably some sort of matchmaking thing." She said as an amazing idea began to form in Y/n's mind.
Smirking at the plan, Y/n said goodbye to Bf/n, before walking towards a certain dark haired girl.
"Hey, what do you think about letting Koro-sensei, get a taste of his own medicine?" Y/n asked my trusted friend Kirara as the temperature around us dropped a few degrees.
"Sounds... fun..." She said as an ominous aura surrounded both of them, making the people near them shudder.
- End of flashback-
With Koro-senseis screams gone. The pair continued their walk down through the cave.
"Hey, Karma? Is everything alright? You've been a little too quiet." Y/n asked as she looked at the firm back of her boyfriend.
"Yeah, just caught up in a thought." He responded in a slightly dismissive tone.
"Hm? Why? What kind?" Y/n asked concerned as he stopped for a small second before picking up the pace significantly. At the sudden change, Y/n had to break out in small sprint to catch up.
"..."
"Is it really that bad?" She asked, only for Karma to ignore the question.
"Come on... you know you can tell me anything," Y/n said as she carefully put her arm on his shoulder, making him tense up at the touch.
"Did something happen yesterday?" Y/n asked, knowing that the weird behavior started right after the Takaoka incident.
"I'm afraid... of being unafraid..." Karma said as Y/n turned him around. Forcing the teen to face her.
"Afraid of being unafraid?" Y/n questioned, waiting for her boyfriend to clarify.
"Yeah, seeing you and Nagisa back then? Honestly, I was shocked. Not when you beat Takaoka, but after that..." Karma said, trailing off slightly, before continuing.
"You weren't the slightest bit afraid. I mean, in a fight, I'd for sure win, But for an assassin, that kind of victory doesn't mean a squat." Karma finished, as Y/n frowned mind going over the new information.
