"Alpha Luna good morning"
"Good morning Jane"
"Let me get your breakfasts ready"
"Thank you Jane"
"Your welcome Luna"I winced slightly when I sat down.Asher has been questioning me all morning.We both are in silence and he took my empty plate to the kitchen and I could hear him talking to Jane.
"Jane you have pups right"
"Yes alpha"
"Did you know when you went into labor"
"Yes why"
"I think she went into labor last night"
"I'd recommend getting her to the pack doctor then"I left the room as fast as my swollen body could carry me.
"Baby"
"Hm"
"Do you think it's possible you went into labor"
"No"
"Baby"
"No Asher and I'm pretty sure I'd know if our pups were trying to get out of my vagina"Asher's eyes widened at my outburst but then hardened as I got mouthy with him.
I'm sorry I breathed.
"Don't be I'll be in my office"
"Asher"
"No don't I overstepped"He walked off and I frowned.I admired that in him the most that he refused to take his anger out on me.No matter how much I frustrate him.
"Luna are you okay"
"I'm fine Dr.Snow"
"You better let me take a look let's get you to the doctors"
"I have to get Asher first"
"I'll get him"
"He's in his office"He nodded simply and soon enough I felt Asher lift me up.
I told you something was wrong he muttered and I bit my tongue.
"I'm sorry"
"It's fine let's just hope it can be fixed..I meant what I said last night"
"I know and I feel the same..I'm sorry for snapping Ashy"
"I know baby just relax"He helped me into my gown and up onto the bed.I put my feet in the stirrups and Dr.Snow put his gloves on.Asher held my hand tightly and kissed my forehead.
"Luna are you in any pain"
"No just uncomfortable with the kicks"
"Oh Luna those aren't just any kick"
"What do you mean"
"Luna these babies are coming now"
What I cried.
"Luna you need to calm down"
I'm not ready I cried and Asher pulled me to his chest.
Baby sh calm down your okay sh he murmured pressing soft kisses to my lips as he wiped my tears.
Promise I whimpered and he nodded.
"Of course baby I'm right here we will get through this together"
"Alright Luna on the count of three you need to push as hard as you can ready"
Yes I whispered.
"1...2...3..push Luna push"I gripped Asher's fingers as I pushed and he grinned.your doing so good baby"
"Alright here's baby A who is a boy congratulations Luna"
Oh I whimpered anxiously trying to see him as a nurse cleaned him up.
Baby he's beautiful keep pushing one more really big one Asher encouraged and I heard our son's first cry Luna whining as our baby girl cried as well.
"Oh such healthy babies Alpha and Luna"
"Ashy can I hold him please"He smiled and nodded as the nurse handed him over and I cradled him.
Oh your such an angel I whispered my finger running over his cheek softly.
"And here she is alpha we will give you a little time and I'll come back with some bottles"
"Actually we'd really like to try nursing Dr.Snow"
"That's fine we will try when they get fussy"I nodded looking back down at our baby boy in my arms.
Ashy can I see her I whispered.
"Of course baby"
"Oh Ashy look at them..perfect in every way"
"Yes they are baby absolutely perfect"
What about names I whispered as I looked down at the sleeping twins in their carts.Asher stayed quiet as he debated I'm guessing.
I think Levi and Everly I whispered.
I think those names are perfect for our perfect babies Asher murmured and I nodded as he kissed my forehead.I filled out the small cards on their carts.
I let my parents know he whispered and I nodded.
I still can't believe mine won't be here to witness it all I whimpered.
"I know baby but Hannah and your brother will be here"
It's not the same I whispered.
Well that's why Levi is Levi..your father's name will always be carried through his life"
"How do you always know what to say"
"Because baby I don't like when your upset or sad and neither does Ryker"I smiled and the twins fussed.Asher stilled and growled loudly.
'Luna what's wrong'
'Babies are hungry'
"Ashy what's wrong"
"Someone is unwelcome"I whimpered worrying about the safety of my babies I just got them.
"It's okay baby Derek is handling it"I nodded slowly and picked up Everly and the nurse walked in.
"Oh what luck that was"
"Must be"I smiled softly at Asher as Everly nursed.
"Does it feel okay"
Yes it does I whispered as I held Everly's small hand.
"So you'll just have to feed one at a time or you can pump and do bottles so you can feed both of them at the same time but pumping takes quite a bit of commitment because you have to pump a couple times a day but you can freeze your milk and reheat it"
"Sounds good id like to try pumping"
"Great I'll get you a pump and we will try it after you've nursed both babies"
"Thank you"
"Your welcome Luna"
Asher where are you going I whispered as he followed the nurse out.
"I have to go talk to the intruder"
"Please stay"
"I'll be back soon baby I have to go"
Hurry please I whispered and he kissed me.
"I'll be back as soon as I can be"I nodded and he shut  my door.The nurse helped me switch and I thanked her Levi's whimpers soothes instantly as he attached.

I twisted the hospital blanket waiting anxiously for Asher to come back.The hospital was on lockdown apparently as soon as Asher came to view they tried to ambush us.
"Luna how are you doing"
"I want my husband"
"I'm sorry Luna our doors aren't open to clear yet"
"I know"
"How are you feeling besides missing the alpha"
"I'm sore but okay at the same time"
"Is the pain a lot"
"No it's subsiding"
"That's good it means your wolf is helping heal"I nodded and looked out the window to see dead bodies being carried around.I chewed on my bottom lip realizing a couple were our own.I heard Asher's all clear and I opened my link with him and then closed it not knowing what to say.I turned to Levi and Everly who were both sound asleep.I showered quickly and climbed into the hospital bed trying to get some sleep.

I woke up to the twins crying.I got up and hustled over to their carts.
Sh babies sh it's okay I whispered grabbing the warm bottles and feeding them both.I looked around the room and frowned when I see Asher never joined us again.I ignored the pain in my chest and burped Everly and gave her a pacifier and she dozed back off as I picked up Levi soothing him instantly.
Sweet boy you already look so much like your daddy I whispered and he gurgled happily.
Such a sweet boy I whispered as his eyes fluttered shut.I laid him back down and climbed back in my hospital bed.So much for Asher coming back I thought as I dozed back off slowly listening to my heart rate monitor.
