The Truth

Light started walking towards Ryuk. So many questions were spinning around his head. Where is he? Why does everything look so old. The buildings. The clothing of the people around him. Everything looks so strange. He also noticed some people following him around and spying on him. This is what the Erwin guy meant when he said they have eyes everywhere. He also noticed the same symbol he noticed back in the jacket of Erwin. Strange. He couldn't identify the meaning of that symbol.

Ryuk was still in the bazaar staring at the apples. He knew he couldnt grab one and eat it. He would panic everyone around him. A floating apple getting eaten is not something common around here. Everyone would freak out. He noticed Light walking towards him. Light was also unable to grab the apple because first of all he didn't know what kind of payment they use in this village and second if he was trying to steal one he would get busted by the people following him all this time. He couldn't risk it. Maybe this is his last chance on getting out with such freedom. The people back in the building didn't look friendly at all.

Light gave a signal with his eyes towards Ryuk. Ryuk was disappointed because he knew Light wasn't going to grab him an apple. Ryuk also noticed the situation Light was. He noticed the people following him around. "Hello old friend. Its been a while since the last time". Light didn't respond. He continued walking in silence. He then stopped next to a wall. He layed his back to the wall and he whispered " Explain me everything". " Yes of course" said Ryuk.

"I am sure you don't remember anything one hour before your death". "Before my death?" Light was shocked. "Yeah, Near actually won". " I see" Light responded. "When you died me and the other Death Gods were debating about you and your afterlife. The other Death Gods didn't want to bring you back to the Death God world so they punished you to another world where you could continue your life. They banished you to this world. You will continue to be banished to other worlds until the Death Gods decide to forgive you for everything that you did back to the other world.

So now I am sure you are wondering what kind of world this is. This is a world where the people around you think they are the last of the human race being protected by three huge walls. Behind the walls there are human eating titans. One piece of the wall broke some years ago by one collosal titan and another one by an armored titan. Since then many strange things happened. A female titan appeared inside the walls. Also there was one soldier that could transform to a titan he could control. With that power they sealed one broken piece of the wall. Also the armored and the collosal titan appeared again and rumors say that they are humans transforming into titans. And the last incident was when a titan double the size of the wall tried to break in but he failed".

Light was trying to progress the information. He could have never imagined his situation. But there was also no time to panic. The truth was so strange. "Also you have the power of the death note still available to you" said Ryuk while giving him the death note. "So I can still make this world a better place to live" said Light smiling. "I have nothing else to do. I lost everything. My family. My home. The fight with Near. What else do I have to lose. The only thing I can do is still try to shape this world. You said two people transformed into titans and broke the wall protecting the human race." "Yes that's correct. The titans got inside the walls eating every single human that came accrose them." "So I am even more important now because we are talking about the last of the human race. So what if I could kill the two people that broke the wall. The only problem is that I don't know their names. I can still make this little world behind this huge walls a better place to live even If I am not familiar with it. But I don't need to live in this world to undersand that it's the same with my world. Right Ryuk?"
