It's pretty long. I warned you.

Step 1 : outline the eye shape.

Step 2 : color the base.

Step 3 : draw the pupil and put an extra black part at the top.

Step 4 : draw some shine on the black area.

Step 5 : with a white pen, draw some lines then lower the opacity.

Step 6 : I almost forgot! With a darker shade of the eye color, color half of it, smudge/blur it.

Step 7 : draw the pink thing that I don't know what it's called.

Step 8 : add another shade

Step 9 : draw the white area and lower the opacity of the pink thing and you are done.

That's for the eye, next up is the brows.
