I saw this movie poster in Pinterest and I was shocked to see the level of aestheticness! So, I decided to learn how to make it :)).
Step 1 : put your pic and duplicate it.

Step 2 : darken the second picture and duplicate it.

Step 3 : zoom it the darker picture and blur it to make the background.

Step 4 : go to the selection layer, and draw random squares.

Step 5 : color the outside area of the boxes.

Step 6 : in the layer if the brightess picture, erase the whole thing.

Step 7 : add some drop shadow.

Step 8 : decorate it.
