Hi, again! So... I decided to teach you all that simple vector I made yesterday!
Plus, I want to make use of the picture of a hot guy I've just saved from Pinterest hehe....
Step 1 : add your pic.

Step 2 : outline it, you can use colors like grey, brown, or any other dark color you prefer. Also, leave gaps between the lines to create a sketchy look.

Step 3 : color the base with a pen. Ypu don't have to color it perfectly, you leave some blank spaces or even let it out of the line.

Step 5 : start the shading of the hair like usual...
