I stand in the living room of the maner, this night has been crazy and intense, we all need a rest but first we need to find out if dad had been there in that fire, vanquishing that demon for us.
Wyatt is sitting on the couch, staring at the floor, I'm not sure if he's concerned about the demons or about Kate, she had left a note explaining Wyatt she had left the city, which is better for both of them. Kate has been the best girl Wyatt has dated, the other ones were just bitches trying to take advantage on him.
We wait dad to come from the bathroom, he had to go right in the middle of the madness, leaving us here intrigued.
"Well, guys, what happened in that house?" mom says entering the room, standing next to me.
"Where is Dad?" I ask directly, we can't waste any more time, he is probably making up some story to cover himself.
"In the bathroom" I stare at her but she ignores my eyes.
"We can't keep just on waiting, we need to know if he is the black hoodie"
"You can start telling me what happened!" Mom starts yelling, she is frustrated now, and I am too, how can dad go to the bathroom and spend all that time in there, doesn't he realizes there's something more important going on here?
"My friend Andrew was a demon, he started that fire and made sure we stayed in there, so that he could kill us" I start "He could only be vanquished with three potions, being thrown at the same time, and somebody had those potions and vanquished him" I stare at her. She is probably thinking the same thing I thought first 'when we think we have no worries, something happens' we can't have normal lifes.
"And I saw that coat, staring at us, watching how Andrew was going to kill us, but suddenly he left" Wyatt adds "And then we saw Cole, Belthazor, in the forest, the man in the Coat vanquished him, he was definitely angry" mom looks surprised now, probably because of Cole.
"So, he was alive?" She asks, staring at me.
"I heard something about him coming to this reality" I answer.
"And about a girl helping them" Wyatt continues "Then the man catched us and started following us, so we ran and found the black hoodie in the ground, he woke up and ran away"
"Then we left too, hoping the man was gone"
"Wow. I thought going to that party was the best for you, to get distracted" mom claims, putting her hand on my shoulder "I guess I was wrong by making you forget about magic for the week. They saw the chance and took it"
Dad orbs in the middle of the room, he looks at everybody, what the hell?
"Where were you?" I ask.
"With the elders" mom asks.
"I needed information" he says "They know some things"
"And you know too! He coukd have killed you, how could you go there risking your life? You were.."
"With me!" Mom interrupts "He was with me the whole time, Chris"
"Are you sure?" I stare at her. She nods.
"The elders say they were suspecting Cole was alive since some time again" he continues "And they say somebody has seen the coat too, they gave him a name, so they orbed me here to tell you"
"A name? This isn't a game!" Wyatt yells, staring at dad.
"The best they can do is give him a name? They don't have suspects? Or something usefull?"
"They did ir because of a reason!" Dad claims.
"What is it? Hello Kity? The Underworld Demon? Or maybe scooby doo?" Wyatt asks sarcasticaly "Oh no, Maybe.."
"Death Coat!" Dad interrupts.
