Gellert left the room, leaving fresh clothes for Credence to put on.

He was now dressed in a white shirt, maroon pants, and black leather shoes. He glanced in the mirror at this reflection for a second. His hair had been cut short and his eyes were very red. He then looked at his neck, particularly at his necklace. He took it in his hand, looked at it for a moment, then he tucked it under his shirt.

Something on the desk caught his attention right before he wanted to leave the room. It was the red book that Gellert was reading when he came in. The cover read "The Tales Of Beedle the Bard".

Credence remembered every story from that book, and also remembered where he first found it. The day after he decided to stay with Graves, which in the end turned out to be the most feared wizard. When he was left alone in that house, he found this red book of bedtime stories for wizards and witches in the library. He was so fascinated by it, that he read the whole book in one sitting.

There was a bookmark in it, on the page with a story called "The Tale of the Three Brothers". On the same page, there was a symbol written in the top corner. The same symbol that Credence was wearing around his neck. He took the necklace out to compare it to the one on the page, just to be sure, and it was exactly the same. He then quickly read the story again.

Putting down the book, Credence made a mental note to ask Gellert about this later. He wanted to know more about these Deathly Hallows. Maybe because they sounded like dangerous things to be possessed by a dark wizard. If anything, Credence was ready to prevent anything bad from happening.

Credence walked out of the room and found himself in a very familiar hallway. He took a right and kept going until he reached a big living room. Then it hit him. He was in Graves' house...in New York.

"I thought you'd like to be in a more familiar place" a voice spoke behind him, making him jump. When he looked back, Gellert was standing there. The boy took a step back.

"Are we in New York?" Credence asked.

"No, actually we're in Paris," Gellert said. Credence put on his puzzled expression.

"Paris? How did we get here? I thought you were too weak to do magic."

Gellert looked at him for a second with a frown on his face. "I'll- I'll explain later. We have to go now."

"What makes you think I'll come with you?"

"I have answers that you seek. I think that's a good enough reason for you to trust me." Gellert said with a devilish smirk on his face.

"Answers?" Credence asked confused.

"Yes. About you. Your family. Your real family."

"But Mary Lou said that ma whole family died. All of them killed for being witches" said Credence, starting to decide whether to trust Gellert or what his adoptive mother told him.

"She lied to you, Credence," said Gellert. "Now come on. There's something I need to do. And besides, I'm sure you've never seen Paris." He turned around taking a few steps and then suddenly stopped as if he forgot something. He turned back to face Credence again.

"There's something else I have to do before we leave," he said. His hands started waving through the air and Credence watched as more clothes started to appear on him. A black tie over his shirt, a black waistcoat and on top of everything was a beautiful maroon leather trench coat that went down above his knees. The color and material of the trench coat gave it an old and dark appearance that Credence just loved.
