Tears were streaming down Tina's face. She fell on the cold ground, unable to use her balance. She felt Newt hug her from behind, helping her to get up.

"It's okay, Tina. There was nothing you could've done." whispered Newt in her ear, holding her tight in his arms, making sure she won't fall again.

"What are we going to do now, Newt?" asked Tina looking up at Newt.

"Hold on?" he moved closer to the spot where Credence and Mr.Graves were standing and Tina noticed what looked like black ashes flying up and evaporating at some point. Newt held out his wand waving towards the ash and pulling a small piece out of the floating area. He pointed his wand at it, murmuring an incantation and putting the ash inside a transparent bubble which was also floating in mid air.

"W-What are you doing with that?" asked Tina as Newt opened his case and sent the floating bubble inside it.

"I am going to study it."

"What am I going to tell Madam President now? She was worried about Mr. Graves and now he's...gone. How am I gonna tell her?"

"You don't need to." said a cold voice, echoing through the subway tunnel. Tina jerked her head towards the voice, and saw 4 silhouettes coming closer until their faces were visible. It was Madam President herself accompanied by 3 aurors.

"Madam President I...''

"No need to explain, Tina." replied her raising up her hand. "I saw everything." Tina took a second to think about the situation...

"How did you know where we were?" asked Newt.

"I can see where wizards and witches from New York are. Of course, we don't use this kind of tracking unless it is very important."

"Madam President, what's going to happen?" she took a few steps closer to Tina, motioning to the aurors to stay where they are, and put a hand on her shoulder.

"They will be honored among wizards for saving so many lives and for not exposing the Wizarding world." Tina chuckled.

"They really did save us.." a smile appeared on Tina's face. It was a smile of gratitude and happiness that they won't have to face so many horrible things that No-Majs could provoke if they knew about wizards.

Madam President took her hand off of Tina's shoulder and moved closer to Newt.

"As for you.." she started in a dangerous voice. Newt was a little bit scared. She heard them and saw the whole scene which means that she saw how Newt collected that piece of ash left from Credence. What if she's gonna take his case away? His creatures can't survive without him. They're not even dangerous so she has nothing to worry about.
"If you find something interesting about that, don't forget to mention their names when you'll publish your book." said Madam President jerking her head towards his case.

Newt breathed the worry out of him. He smiled at her and nodded his head.

"Now, you two need some time to calm down and maybe analyze what happened today. So go home for now, and if I need you, I'll send you an owl." she was talking to both Tina and Newt and then with a last look at them, she disappeared into the tunnel.

He was lying on the stone cold pavement. Then, a nightmare started to form into his head. He saw Credence in it. But not the Credence he knew. A dark Credence. He was trying to get closer to him, to hug him tight and never let him go. But as he did so, Credence just evaporated into his hands and he was left alone, screaming up at the sky.

He woke up right after that in a shock. He looked around him but nothing looked familiar. He was on the pavement, next to the road. On the other side of the road were nice houses, painted in warm colors, nothing like New York. It was night, but he could still make out many things that were surrounding him. The place seemed calm and deserted but alive and busy at the same time. You could see no light inside the houses, so that meant it was pretty late. The street itself was illuminated by many yellowish street lights. He looked on his right and saw a tree. Then another one that was placed at 10 meters from it and so on until the pavement ended. He got up and felt pain in his whole body. His chest hurt the most but when he looked at himself, there was no blood. Just dirt and dust on his clothes. Which actually weren't his clothes. He doesn't remember wearing these clothes or at least having them in his closet. He was wearing his robes right before.... -right before.....
No....Credence. Where was he?
