Chapter 18:
Toby's P.O.V:
"You guys are having two healthy babies." Dr. Lesh just saved both me and Spencer from having a heartattack. I see the scared look on Spencers face turn into a big grin from ear to ear.
"Sorry if I scared the crap out of you. It tends to happen when I give people the news." Dr. Lesh appoligizes.
"Oh, no. It's okay. I'm just glad this was the news." Spencer says.
"Me too." I say looking at Spencer. I grabbed her hand, just cause I love her. We looked at mine and Spencers babies for a little bit longer, then Dr. Lesh said,
"Okay, I'll let you guys get ready. Then are free to go." Then she left the room and slammed the door shut. I swear everybody slammes the door around here.
"Hey Toby, do you know how you are going to make it up to me?" Spencer says with her cute little puppy dog face.
"What's there to make up for? We have two heathly babies." Hopefully she doesn't catch on, but I think she already has.
"You said if we had one healthy baby, but we don't. We have healthy babies. That one consonant, you must hate it so much at the moment." Spencer Hadtings is still on her smarty pants toes.
"Okay, I'll plan something really special for you." right after I said that I got the perfect idea.
"Can you please tell me."Spencer brought out her puppy dog face again.
"No, it would ruin the suprise. You don't want that do you?" It's so hard not to give into her puppy dog face.
"I guess I'll have to wait." She still had her puppy face on.
"You can please put ypur puppy dog face away. I'm not going to tell you."
"Fine." Spencer said in defeat.
We got all read and walked out of the building, into my truck.
