Max POV

I was glad Zey agreed to go out with me. She was gorgeous and I was honestly mad how Trigga got her before I did. She needed a real man and I was that. She doesn't know my status when it comes to the streets but anyone could tell you I'm that OG no one messes with.

We're only 4 years apart anyway. She was gorgeous and I wanted to see her shine next to me. Zey was going to be the next Queenpin and anyone could see that. As long as she's been in the game it would only make sense. Even when she wasn't on the street herself she was pushing and making deals left and right.

Cause Snipes wasn't the only one having an eye on her. I had my men watch from the side themselves. And trust all her qualities fit for her to be the queen of this Bronx or better yet New York itself.

She was absolutely gorgeous tonight though. We went to see her favorite play  FELA, thanks to a few strings I pulled and then went to Dave and Busters. Why not show our childish sides. Her smile was the best thing to look at all night. I swear I was blessed to be around her today.

Zey POV

I was really having an amazing time with Max. Everything just felt right I got to act like a competitive fool and see my favorite play. Now we were just waiting on our food. I'm really glad I came out with him tonight.
I haven't smiled so much in a long time.

As I saw the food approaching I got happy and antsy. I can't help the fact I love food. But someone had approached our table.

"OG?" They said and me and Max both turned our heads.

Max gave him a look I couldn't quite describe but it was probably just him wondering why they said OG.

"My fault I know you got something going on but OG Savage I'm just letting you know I saw Trigga walk in here not too long ago. That's the bro but you know my loyalty. Have a good night." They said before walking away.

The irritation that came was real. This nigga Trigga don't get the point man. I'm glad I was warned in advance though. I saw Max looking at me with worried eyes. I just gave him a small smile. Honestly my appetite was gone and my food just arrived.

Sighing with my head in my hands I already knew what was about to happen. I could feel this niggas eyes on me from a far. I refused to turn around I just started praying inside to keep my cool. Max grabbed my hand and smiled at me. That made me a little more at ease.

"Don't worry I got this if anything okay." Max said trying to reassure me of things.

But how could he have it. He doesn't know Trigga like I do. And he doesn't know what he's willing to do. I just nodded smiling though. I really do pray he doesn't cause a damn scene. Hearing a chair move and pull up at our table I roll my eyes at the bull that I'm about to hear.

"Well well well. Hello you two. Nice to see you again." Trigga said smiling before taking out his gun to place on the table.

Almost everyone screamed and ran out the place. I called a waiter to tell the manager to close the place off for a hour. I would pay them for their money lost.

" Was it fucking necessary to take out you gun?" I asked fixing myself to get more comfortable.

"Yes. Yes it was. I needed your undivided attention."
