A Farewell Smile

Today, Daiki will has a camp for a week. He already packed his things yesterday, so he won't be rushing today before they depart from their college. 

They gathered in front of their college. There are about 30 peoples who join the camp. The camp included from a few clubs in his college including his club. Daiki waits there with a few of his friends from the club. They happily chatting about their daily routine since they were from different classes. 

About 10 minutes of waiting, they saw a bus arrives in front of the college. A facilitator ask them to queue in front of him according to their club before other facilitators take their attendant. 

It takes around 5 minutes to finish before all of them ride the bus. Daiki took a seat beside the window, so he can see the view while on they are on their way. 

As Daiki briskly talking to his friends while waiting for others to fill the seats, he saw someone he knew walking pass him. "Takaki-senpai join this camp too?" He thinks. His eyes follow Takaki until he take a seat at the back row. Daiki moves his sight to the front and continue talking to his friends.

The journey took about an hour before they reach at the camp site. The air is so nice. It is feels so fresh. Once again, the facilitator ask them to queue in front of them before they were divided into 10 groups. 

They waited while the facilitator called each names.

"Group 5. Takaki Yuya, Sato Shori, Arioka Daiki." suddenly Daiki's name announce with another 2 members.

The three of them line up in one straight line in front of the facilitators. 

"I was grouped with Takaki-senpai?" Daiki talk to himself.

"Hi, I am Sato Shori. Call me Shori." suddenly the guy in front of him introduce himself. 

"Hi, I am Arioka Daiki, you can call me Daiki or Dai-chan." Daiki reply.

"And I am Takaki Yuya. Call me Yuya." Yuya introduce himself too. "And you are Suzuki's friend right? We met at the cafe before. Remember me?" he suddenly ask as he remember Daiki's face.

"Eh, he still remember me?" Daiki thought to himself. "Ah, yes. We met at the cafe with Aiko." he reply to Yuya.

"Okay, all of you have been grouped. So, I want one from your group to come in front and take a tent. Then, all of you may start tenting your tent." Announce one of the facilitator.

Yuya volunteer himself to take the tent. Both of them wait at camp site that has been decided by the facilitator. Daiki and Shori start to clean up the dried leaves before they set up the tent. Then, Yuya arrives with a tent in his right hand a bag of camping tools in his left hand.

The three of them start to set up the tent. After 15 minutes, they finished with it. Daiki start the moves the bags into the tent. Yuya and Shori try to set up the camping tools that can be use to cook later. 

"Attention! Since it is already near lunch time, you guys can prepare for lunch with the tools and raw foods that we already gave before. You guys have 2 hours to finish the cooking and lunch. Then, we will proceed with our plans." announce the leader of the camp. 

All of the groups start to cook their lunch including Group 3. They working together to cook for their lunch today. It seems like they already have a great teamwork on the first task.

On the second day, their activity was hill climbing. The hill was located just behind the camp site.
