As been planned before, Daiki and Aiko went back to their home together. Daiki wait for Aiko in-front of the park that morning. A few minutes later, he saw Aiko walked towards him while waving happily.
"Yosh, I make it. I thought I am already late." said Aiko as she arrived. She brought a small beg with her. Daiki smiled.
"Me too. Let's go." said Daiki before they left that place.
Both of them walked to the nearest bus stand. The journey took about 4 hours. Along the journey, they talked a lot about many things. Sometimes they laughed when Daiki said about funny things.
Around 11 am, they arrived at their neighbourhood. Before they headed back to their home, they decide to hang at the park near their house for a while. The area where they usual play since they were little.
"Dai-chan, look. They replaced the old swings with new one." said Aiko as they arrived at their usual spot.
"Ah, yes." Daiki nodded as he saw the swings.
They walked toward a tree and sit under it. Their usual spot to rest after a long day in school or after tired playing in that park. Daiki put his bags beside him. They silent a few minutes with their own thought.
"Dai-chan, are you free tomorrow?" Aiko suddenly asked him.
"Um. No. I think I will at home. Why?" he replied.
"Let's go out tomorrow morning?" she asked.
"Sure but isn't you have your birthday party tomorrow?"
"Ah.It's on evening. So, is it okay?"
"Sure. Where are we going?" Daiki asked again.
"Somewhere." Daiki make a face as she answered. She chuckled when she saw Daiki's face.
"You always keep it secret from me." he replied.
"Hey, you can't be mad at birthday girl." she chuckled again. "And can you wait for me at the park in town?" she asked.
"Eh, why there? Why don't we just going together from home?" he asked in confusion since their house are just next to each other.
"Because I need to go to buy something before that in town. So, it will be easier if we meet there and then, go to that place." she said.
"Okay. No problem. So, when should we meet?" Daiki asked for the time.
"Em, 10 am? Okay?"
"Sure. No problem." Daiki smiled.
Aiko smiled back to him. She is happy. Her plan work as been planned. She hope she can do it tomorrow. Yes, she has to do it tomorrow.
Aiko looked onto her phone.
"Dai-chan, let's go home." she said. Daiki nodded and stand up. He picked up his bags.
"You seems so care about that small bag. What are in there?" Aiko said as she she saw Daiki care a lot with that bag.
"Eh, really? No, I'm not. There's nothing special about this bag." Daiki replied. He tried to hide the fact that there is Aiko's present there.
"Really?" she chuckled when she saw Daiki's face. She knew it. Daiki is hiding something there. "Let's go." she pulled Daiki's hand. Yes, she do it. She smiled.
After 10 minutes of walks, they arrived at their home. They saw Mrs Suzuki is taking out garbage outside of their home.
