I hate planes.
They're small, crowded, and cramped.
And who would have guessed that Zev is super chill on planes packed to the brim with humans. Not I.
I will probably hyperventilate if this plane doesn't land soon. We've been in here for two hours already. We could have run home just as quickly. But no. Let's take a plane. It'll be faster he said. Over my dead body will I ever be tricked into a plane ride again.
"Prepare for landing," is all I hear of the announcement.
Thank god. I think everyone could feel the tension arolling off of me as the humans near by all visually relax. I doubt they even noticed t hey were tense at all. Humans naturally feel like prey in our presence, but not enough to actually act on it. Only enough to subconsciously be tensed and prepared to go into flight or fight mode at a moments notice.
The feeling of defending is horrible. I don't understand how humans do this all the time. I feel like I need to barf. My ears need to pop and I am itching to sink my teeth into something. Okay, got to control the urges. Can't be killing humans. Humans are too idiotic to realize that they couldn't actually beat us. Sure they've got guns and all, but honestly what's stoping one of us from picking one up as well.
The feeling of the plane touching down is marvelous. In the sense that it implies that i will soon be free of this cage. Really I just spent a long time in a cell completely unable to move about. You'd have though Zev would keep that in mind before shoving me into this hell hole of a plane.
The airport is packed. I am annoyed. Zev's not being helpful. Nothing is going how it should right now.
Ah the bliss of being outside. I love being outside. I just basically ran out of the airport. Zev was yelling after me and I think a security dude did as well, but I am at last free.
"Lady you can't run in the airport," the voice of the security guy calls out.
"It was the much safer option for all parties that I do that then have a momentary lapse of control due to a, hmm I think you'd call it a panic attack?" I say to the guard.
Right as the guard is about to say something Zev appears next to me and says, "I apologize sir. My wife here is mentally unstable in large crowds. I ask that you please forgive her."
I can't help it, I laugh, hysterically. Then say, "Oh I am unstable Zev? Really? What a fucking joke."
The security guy slowly backs away and says, "If everything's alright then I'll be on my way."
Once he is out of ear shot Zev snaps toward me and in front of me he puts his hands on the side of my face. "Your eyes Cas."
"What red eyes aren't attractive enough for your wife?" I sneer.
"I did what I had to do," Zev retorts.
I growl lowly then turn and start walking quickly away from him. I pull out my phone and input an address that's close to the packlands into the maps. It's around thirty minutes to the outside of the city, then I'll be able to shift without worries.
"Where are you going?" Zev calls after me, following.
"Home, Zev," I snap back at him.
"What about the other Alpha's and the White Women?" He asks, quietly as he's next to me now and a human is passing us.
"That's your problem now Zev. I did my part, you can finish cleaning up your own mess as the alpha's are meant to do," I answer annoyed
"We don't know how to deal with Kαlαssε Cas. Only you know anything about theses women," Zev says, as though he thinks that might convince me.
