a ray of sunshine

You groggily opened your eyes, and sat up.

You glanced around, nobody was in the room with you.

You grabbed your teddy bear and opened the door after struggling with it for a minute or so.

You glanced down the hall to find nothing. You couldn't even hear anybody talking. You guessed that maybe they left.

As you were about to re-enter the room somebody called your name.

You whipped around to see Youngjae standing there.

"What are you doing up?" he asked squatting down to your height.

You shrugged as you yawned.

He gently picked you up and brought you into your room.

He placed you down on to the soft bed.

"Where did the other oppas go?"

"They went out to buy some more stuff for you and ingredients for dinner." Youngjae replied as he laid down beside you.

"How about I sing you a lullaby and you sleep for another while, hm?" He began to comb your hair with his fingers.

It seemed like a promising deal so you agreed.

Although Youngjae couldn't remember any lullabies, he made do with his own songs and JJ project.

Your eyelids began to become heavy and as he finished singing, you floated off the dreamland.
