Kate's P.O.V
I woke up and quickly jumped out of bed. I went outside, Charlie wasn't there, I went to his room, he was still asleep. Birthday boy, I thought to myself. I asked Ms pearl to bring me my clothes upstairs. I had a shower and put on a grey flared bell sleeve high neck which had a beautiful cut at the back with black skinny jeans. I went outside and thanked goodness that Charlie was still asleep. I went to the main reception where I asked the person I had put in charge of the partial renovation (Mr.Blue),
"Is everything ready? "

He nodded.  I went to the car park, got my car and went over to Camilla's place. Shawn was also there today. The two of them are soo cute together.  We came over to a bakery owned by Ms.Betty. Ms. Betty was my mom's childhood friend who had moved to NY after her death. Charlie was staying home in the morning and was going to the studio during the evening for 1 hour. I had to bake the cake in the morning, so, I decided to use Ms.Betty's kitchen. I baked the cake as Camilla and Shawn watched in awe and bit into the strawberry and cream puff pastries. I made a chocolate cake and I also decided to bake some pizza. Pizza is perfect for every occasion, I remembered him saying this. I noticed the time and oof, there's only 2 hours till he has to leave, and we have to set everything up.
We left the cake and pizza here and I put Camilla and Shawn in charge of the decorations. I went to Stienway. There, I met the salesperson, Mr. Francis. I said,
"I made an order for the Steinway classic piano. It has to be ordered at my house today at 5 pm sharp. "

"Yes, yes. Ofcourse.Could you sign here, the delivery charges and the piano's cost, the grand total is 3.22 m-" Mr.Francis was interrupted by me.

Yes, Mr.Alford already told me, thank you." I smiled and took the pen and signed the paper.
I went back home to find Shawn and Camilla struggling with the decorations. Ms.Pearl was helping them. I went to the main reception of the building. Mr.Blue handed me the keyring with 3 keys in it. I went to the 1st floor and opened the door which protected the surprise I had made for Charlie. Charlie always worked from home (he had a home studio) but my house didn't,  so, I made Charlie a home studio which had all the equipment he needed! On the door led to a large, airy room which had all the equipment I had gotten for him. It led to another room which had recording equipment. There was a large spiral staircase here which went upstairs to a large empty room resembling a ballroom . I was going to put the piano in the middle of the room. The room had a large balcony which showed a peaceful and majestic view of the city. I went inside and got the piano set in the middle of the room and added some last minute touches to the home studio. I then came back outside and put a ribbon on the keyring, which I put in a glass case. The decorations were done and we put the cake and food in the main lobby of the building. I went to my room and quickly put on some light makeup and a blue bardot mini dress which looked beautiful with my engagement ring and the necklace Charlie had given me.
