Kate's P.O.V Once we got home, we decided to change into something slightly more formal. I put on a red dress with a white coat and red heels.

I put on some makeup and let my hair down. Charlie walked in wearing a black t-shirt with grey-ish jeans and a jacket. We got in our car and left.
(Where Charlie's parents were staying in Beverly Hills)
Charlie's P.O.V I parked the car in the house my family was staying. Stephen bought it a year ago when he was here to produce his music. Mom opened the door and hugged Kate and me. She said, "Merry Christmas! I'm so happy you two came! "
Kate smiled and said, "I wanted to come here earlier but Charlie hadn't told me you guys were here. Anyways, Merry Christmas mom. "
Mom looked at me and said, "And how are you Charlie? "
"I'm fine. You should ask kate that, she got super scared in the morning today." I laughed.
Kate slightly slapped my arm playfully and said, "I had a very good reason to. I'll tell you all about it. "
Mom opened the door and said, "I'd love to hear. We should go in first. "
We nodded and went inside. There was a huge Christmas tree in the corner of the lounge. It was even bigger than the one me and kate had put in my house. We had alot of fun decorating it. There was a tonne of gifts underneath it. Stephen, Mikaela and dad were sitting there. We all greeted them and sat there.
"So, how are the rest of the wedding preparations going? " dad asked.
"Great. We have our guest list ready and the destination is set. " I said.
"Great. So what's the venue?" He asked.
"We booked an island. It won't be too cold or too warm there, like a pleasant weather." Kate explained.
"That's perfect for a wedding." Dad smiled.
"Ooh! Island weddings sound fun. " said a female voice from the hallway and a girl, in her twenties walked into the lounge. She was holding a cup of hot chocolate and was wearing casual clothes.
Me and kate were trying our best not to look too surprised, that would look rude for the new girl.
"Oh. I'm sorry, I'll introduce myself. I'm Maddy. I'm Stephen's-" She said but Stephen continued.
"My girlfriend. We're dating." Stephen smiled and so did Maddy as she sat down next to him.
"Aww. That's great! I'm kate. " Kate introduced herself to Maddy.
"Nice meeting you .You're dating Charlie right? " She asked.
"Yes. I'm dating Charlie." Kate smiled.
"Actually were getting married in February." I smiled and put my hand on Kate's, showing our rings.
"Amazing. " She smiled.
Kate smiled at me. We talked alot and opened the presents we got for each other. We all got Christmas sweaters mom had made us. We all put them on. Mine had a large "C" on it and Kate's had a huge "K" on it. Kate told them how I had scared her in the morning and we also talked about the wedding plans. It was close to sundown by the time we let for home.
Kate's P.O.V We're back home and it's time me and Charlie have to give each other our gifts. I went the wardrobe and took out the keyring with a key in it. I put it in my purse and went to Charlie. He was putting on his shoes as he said, "Ready?"
"Yes." I smiled.
"Great! So am I! So where do we go first? You're gift for me or my gift for you?" He asked.
"Umm. You choose." I said.
"Okay. You're gift for me first." He smiled.
"Perfect. Let's go to my place." I said.
"Okay." He said happily, we got in the car and drove off.
(At Kate's house)
Kate's P.O.V We parked our car in the driveway rather than going down to the car park in the basement. We then went inside to the lounge on the ground floor.
"So. What did you get for me?" He asked looking around at the lounge, nothing new was there.
"It's not here, you won't find it here. Close your eyes, I'll take you there." I said.
"Okay." He said.
"Remember, no peeking." I said grinning.
He closed his eyes and I took his hand and led him to the elevator. I pressed the button the basement. We got to the basement and Charlie and I walked outside, his eyes were still closed.
We went to where I had placed his gift. I took his hand and put the key in it. I said, "Open."
He opened his eyes and looked at the key in his hands, it was only a matter of seconds until he saw the car in front of him.
"Oh God. Kate thank you so much!" He turned to me.
I put my lips on his. He kissed me back. The kiss slowly came to an end and Charlie made his way towards the car. I got him a Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron. After music, his favourite thing was cars. He loved cars.
"God kate. Why do you get me such precious gifts? These things are priceless." He said.
"You're the most precious person to me." I said.
"Now, it's my turn. " He said.
"Okay." I smiled.
"No. Turn around first." He said.
"Okay." I said and turned around.
"Close your eyes. No peeking. " He mimicked me from earlier.
He put a red satin ribbon and blindfolded me. We got in the car, probably the new one and we drive off.
