Chapter 17

Sky POV

"Raph. What do you think is gonna happen to Jacob? You don't think he'll leave do you?" I asked as Raph plopped down next to me.

"Well. It honestly depends. We're just gonna have to wait and see." He responded.

"I..I just want him to leave again. I just found him, I don't want to lose him again." I said. I felt my eyes begin to burn.

"Hey. Everything is gonna be alright." He said.

I nodded and laid down, turning away from him.

I awoke to someone shaking me.

"Hey." A happy voice whispered. I rubbed my eyes as they adjusted to the dark.

"Jacob?" I mumbled.

"Yeah it's me. You wanna go have a day out with your big bro?" He asked excitedly.

I sat up. "Yes!" I said. I flinched as I realized Raph was still asleep next to me.

"Give me two mins to get dressed." I whispered. He nodded and left the room.

I walked over to my bag and decided on some black leggings and a dull red crop-top.

I slipped my converse on and sighed. I went to leave when someone said my name.

"Sky?" They said sleepily.

"Hey Raph. I'll be back. I'm going out with Jake." I said. All I got in response was a groan.

I smiled and walked out of the room.

I walked out and stopped at the sighed of Jacob. He had a whole new wardrobe. He had his hair combed back too. He was wearing some light blue fresh jeans and a shirt that said 'I, am Batman' on the front. He had some blue DC's to finish it off.

"You look..different. Stunning actually." I said. He chuckled.

"Well thank you. You don't look half bad yourself." He said. He nodded and held out his hand. "Now, you chariot awaits m'lady." He said with a cheesy smile spreading across his handsome face.

He walked out side into the cool morning air.

He grabbed some keys out of his pocket and clicked a button. The lights to a dark blue tuck flashed.

'Wait. I've seen this car before!' I thought.

"Wait. You weren't kidding! I saw this car all the time!" I said. He blushed.

"Yep. This, is what got me to this town. I hitch hiked a man in this car and rode in the back the entire ride. Then, once I was old enough, I bought it off him. I've drove her around since. Bay is my best friend." He said.

"Wait, Bay? You named your car?" I asked he nodded and I laughed.

"Yeah yeah. Just get in goofball." He said, smiling at me widely.

"I can tell that this, is gonna be awesome." I said. He agreed. He started Bay up. "Now, where should we go?" He asked.

"Hmmmm. I KNOW!!! We...have to go to Skyzone!!!" I said like a little kid.

He chuckled.

"To Skyzone we go." He said as he started off to Skyzone.
