Chapter 8

Skylar POV

I laid down and closed my eyes and snuggled up with the blanket. I tried to slow my breathing.

After a while I heard Raphs soft snoring and I opened my eyes. He was fast asleep next to me. I smiled and closed my eyes again.

"Ah!" I said. I sat up and sighed. I put my head in my hands and tried to calm down.

"Come on Sky. Just forget about it. You heard Raph. He can't get you, whoever he is." I said. I sighed again and I crawled out of bed and silently walked to the door. I looked back and smiled at Raph. I just needed to calm down.

I silently closed the door and went and sat on the couch.

I stared up at the ceiling.

For some reason, I just felt like I was being watched an like I needed to get away.

'What is wrong with me?' I asked. I just sat up and just sat there lost in thought. I looked over at the clock and saw that it was 5:30. "Well , to late to attempt going back to bed." I said to myself. So I just tried to focus on relaxing.

I tried to relax for what seemed like an hour but I just couldn't. I looked back at the clock.

It was 7:00. "Okay. Time for Raph to wake up." I said. I got up and walked to the room and opened the door silently and went over to the bed. I laid down facing Raph and he sighed and put his arm gently around me. "Your cute." I blurted suddenly. I wasn't really sure where that came from, but it just kinda happened.

"Oh Raph? Time to get up." I said, poking his face. He moaned softly and sighed, continuing to snore softly. "Hey. Time to get up lazy." I said shaking his shoulders. He moaned again and opened his eyes a little. "Go back to sleep. It's to early." He mumbled. He closed his eyes and snuggled up to me with his arm still around me.

"Your such a little kid sometimes." I laughed. I carefully removed his arm and got up. "Fine." I said. I left the room and walked into the living room Donnie was sitting on the couch with Leo, talking. "Where's Miley?" I asked. "Sleeping." They responded.

I went to Mikey's room and ran and jumped onto Mikey's bed. "Hey Mikey. Get up get up get up!" I yelled like a child. I got up and jumped around his bed.

"Okay okay! Jesus! I'm up." He said, smiling. He sat up and stretched.

I ran back to Raph's room and stood at the foot of the bed. I gently climbed on the bed an stood at the foot.

I sighed and smiled. "Get up!" I said loudly as I started jumping. Raph rolled over and sat up. He glared at me. I jumped and fell next to him and kissed his cheek. "Morning sleepy head!" I said, smiling like an idiot at him.

"Yeah yeah. Hi." He said, chuckling. I jumped of the bed and spun around. I spun to fast an ended up on my butt.

"Oof." I said as I hit the ground.

Raph broke into a fit of laughter. "That's what you get for being so perky." He said. He threw a pillow half heartedly at me.

"Now, I'm going back to bed." Raph said. He fell backwards.

"But I'm all alone. I need you to pester." I said in a pouty tone.

"Hmm." He sighed. He covered up.

I ripped his covers off to the floor. Then I laid with my nose close to his.

"Hey. You." I said in a baby voice. He groaned. "I'm not going back to sleep, am I?" He asked. "Nope!" I said cheerily. He groaned and sat up.

"Fine." He said. I grabbed his hand and pulled out to the living room. Mikey was standing by the couch. I smiled deviously. I let go of Raph's hand and up behind him. I jumped on his back. "I have you now!" I yelled. He laughed and ran around trying to get me off.

As Mikey got me off and I chased after him in a strange burst of energy.

"Donnie, hand me the bottle that had the meds you gave Sky in it." I heard Raph say. I stopped chasing Mikey and ran over and jumped on Raph's back to try to read the bottle.

Donnie gave it to him and Raph turned. "Oh geez. Side affects may include anxiety, sudden energy or strange behavior, and sudden tiredness." He read. "Cool!" I screamed and jumped down. I just felt like running around for eternity. "Good going." Raph grumbled.

This, was gonna be a fun day.
