I watched as Percy's eyes fluttered open. I gasped from shock.. and amazement. His eyes. Oh my Stars... his eyes. They're.. They're.. beautiful. His green orbs glowed that lit the room. Silver flecks swirled around his pupil. They swirled uncontrollably. Wow...
I could stare at them for eternity, but not hold his gaze. The Avengers we're staring, while Thalia and Nico had tears in their eyes.
'Who-who-' Percy croaked
' Percy.. what happened to you?' The man, Steve as he introduced, stuttered.
'Who's 'Percy? Who are you? Get away from me!' he said, scrambling away. He traced the veins on his neck and winced.
' Perce it's us!' Nico said.
'No. I don't know you. Any of you- get away from me!' I motioned for us to get out, while Percy was inspecting the infirmairy.
'Artemis?' Thalia sais, tears in his eyes.
'The poison. It took his memory. Only the person who gave him the poison can give it back. Percy won't remember us. Or anything. He could forget how to breathe in the night. He could forget what the simplesist of things are. Like a name. Look' I pointed to Percy through the window. He was inspecting the blanket, look of confusion in his eyes.
'B-but what about his eyes?' Nico said.
'The side effect is that he can soul-shift'
