Chapter 23 - Fight To Australia

§•Niall's POV•§

I plan to not acknowledge what I heard Harry and Liam talk about. Cause I really don't care. I'm not gonna be sleeping tonight. I know I passed out earlier, but I know I won't be sleeping anymore. Harry walks in, and I catch a glance of Liam walking away. Harry closes the door, and comes over to the bed. I'm sitting up against the backboard, so he sits next to me.

"You should get some sleep." He says.

"I'm not tired." I say.

"Fine, but don't wake me up unless it's important." Harry says, lying down. I nod.

So, it's currently 4am, and our flight leaves at 10am. So, I have 6 hours to kill. And I'll either be punching stuff or crying. Punching stuff is a really good choice at the moment since I'm still pissed. I swear I might kill someone. Ok, not really, but that's how pissed off I am. I still want to punch something. No, I need to punch something. I'm pretty sure Liam has a punching bag somewhere. I'll get him to set it up, unless he wants to be the punching bag.

I quietly get up, and exit my room. I walk over to Liam's door. Should I knock? Ugh, I guess. I knock on his door. I hear nothing until the door opens.

"What?" He asks, not acknowledging who it is.

"I need your punching bag." I say. Once he notices it's me, he nods. I really shouldn't bug people at 4am. He leads me into his room. Over in the corner is his punching bag. Since he can't hang it from the ceiling someone normally holds it for him. So he can have fun holding it while I try and kill it.

"Don't bug me on the plane." He says, holding it up. I nod. I slam my fist into it, making Liam take a step backwards. He should've been ready.

I punch it repeatedly, each time, Liam moving backwards. My hands are throbbing, but I can't feel them. Ok, punching this thing isn't really helping. I need something that either causes pain or feels pain. I punch it really hard one last time, sending Liam into the wall.

"Jeez Niall, calm down." Liam says, moving the punching bag. I shake the numbness out of my hands. That didn't help at all.

"That didn't do shit." I mutter to myself.

"Just go to sleep." Liam says.

"How the hell am I supposed to go to sleep, when I'm this close to killing someone?!" I exclaim, showing a tiny space between my fingers, which he probably couldn't even see. He slowly backs away, seeing that he might be the one I kill.

"Niall, take deep breathes." Liam instructs me. I roll my eyes, but start taking slow deep breathes. I close my eyes, and focus on my breathing. Soon, I am breathing normally, and I'm not mad. This is exactly why I came to Liam. Cause if I didn't kill him, then he'd be the one to calm me down.

"Thanks." I say.

"No problem." He says.

"Don't wake me up on the plane though." He adds. I roll my eyes, but nod anyways. I walk out of his room, and back into mine. I see Harry sitting up, looking super confused.

"Where'd you go?" He asks me.

"Liam." I say.

"Yes! You talked to someone!" He cheers. I should slap him.

"Go back to sleep." I say, sitting down next to him.

"Not unless you go to sleep." He bargains. Why is he bargaining with me? I always win.

"Have fun staying awake then." I say. Wait.

"Hey!" I say. He starts laughing. He messed me up, so I practically told him to stay awake.
