The next day I woke up at 7 AM and still was very tired. Normally, I'd go to sleep around 12 AM but because of our conversation yesterday I only got around 5 hours of sleep. I wasn't regretting it in any way, because the conversation was really great and still made my stomach flutter when I though of it.

After my eyes were open without threatening of closing again and accustomed to the sun light, coming in through my balcony door, I grabbed my phone to see if he had already written me.

When I unlocked it, I saw that he had not, but that was ok.

In that way I could text him first and he would see that I wanted to talk to him. Wow, that sounds very awkward.

I opened our yet empty chat and just typed in a simple "good morning :)".

After that I answered the other messages I got overnight and got up out of bed.

While I brushed my teeth and washed my face I thought about when Shawn would get up. He didn't tell me the time he had to be at the studio.

I did my makeup listening to his songs. I had now listened to all of his songs from his first album and my favorites were "Bring it back", "Kid in love" and "Stitches".

He looked so much younger on his album cover, it was really impressing how young he was when he recorded that album.

When I finished my makeup, I went downstairs to join my parents eating breakfast. It was like that all the time. I didn't as much time in the mornings as they did, so while I was getting ready they set the table and after I finished and were on my way to school they would still have breakfast.

After breakfast I brushed my teeth again, took my bag and left the house. I had a 15-minute walk to school and how could it be any different, I listened to Shawn's music.

After a few songs, I got a little bit creeped out by myself that I suddenly would only listen to his songs, so I switched to Post Malone.

I arrived at my school at 7:58 AM and went straight to the arts room where I would have a class now. I entered the already full room and took a seat next to Sam, one of my friends.

"Oh, thank god, I already though you wouldn't be coming today" he said while leaning back in his chair and breathing out a big breath to show how reliefed he was.

"I'm here now, don't worry" I laughed.

Our art class was always pretty relaxing, especially as the first class of the day, because our arts teacher, Miss Stein, was already a bit older, so we could just paint and talk the whole time.

I knew why Sam seemed so relieved when I came here. For some unknown reason Sam absolutely loathed Miss Stein. And she also loathed him. Nobody knew why, it was like this since he first had her in one of his classes.

Sam and I are the only friends from our friend group that have this art class so, when one of us is absence for the day, the other one is basically alone during that hour. For me it's no problem because I get along pretty good with Miss Stein, like everyone else, except for Sam, he describes it as "some powerful force showing him he did something odd to the universe".

We collected our projects from the room across from our arts room and continued to work on it. The project was, to file a stone into some body part. I decided for my project to file a hand out of the stone and Sam did a nose.

At 8:43 my phone vibrated in my pocket and I first didn't notice it. When I picked it up a few minutes later, I saw that Shawn had answered me. Unnoticed, a smile creeped up on my face.
