A few days went by after Shawn and I's Twitter conversation.
He asked me for my phone number and I gave it to him, we said goodnight and since then I haven't heard of him.
Of course I've heard of him, I heard his songs on the radio ever since, but he didn't write or call me. I guess he changed his mind, for what other reason should he ask me for my phone number and then don't text?
When I told Maja about what Shawn asked me, she was almost more excited than me and after I told her that I didn't get a message she still was excited. In her opinion there was another reason why he didn't text but I didn't think so.
Speaking of Maja, it was Friday afternoon and I was waiting for her to arrive at my house. We had the weekend planned out with making a Harry Potter marathon and she had to tell me the details of her date with Tony. She called me right after she got home and told me that he took her to a hidden lake where they picnicked and swam.
At 5 PM Maja arrived and we brought her things into my room.
I had a light grey couch in front of my TV which was extendable and whenever Maja stayed here we both slept on the couch (There was enough place for two people, there would easily fit more).
After we brought her things in my room we wanted to get some stuff for the movie marathon and went to Walmart.
When we were outside of my house she began to talk about the date, "Tony picked me up circa half an hour after we talked on the phone and, my god, he looked so good. He wore grey swimming shorts with a black t-shirt and he had his sunglasses on his head and it looked so good with his messy hair."
"What did he say to you when you opened the door?"
"Uhm, I don't know, just like 'Hi, how are you?' and a hug, but he complimented me on my outfit, so thanks to you for your help" she laughed and I smiled and nodded back. "Oh, and he had such a cute smile on his face when he greeted me, my god" she said in an awing tone.
"He then asked me if he should take my purse for me but it was so small that I took it myself and then we walked to his car and he held the door open for me, he was such a gentleman" she continued to talk. We still had a 10-minute walk to Walmart.
"The lake was inside a forest but it was on a clearing so it was still very sunny there. I expected that he had a few things to eat but I really didn't expect him to prepare a whole picknick, and it was so yummy. He had packed some fruits, some crackers and even some meat."
"Seems like he really thought about the date" I said when she paused for a bit.
"Yeah, he did. And all in all, it was just so funny. He was so cute, like, he always asked if everything was ok, and when we were in the water and I teased him a bit and splashed some water on him, he swam over to me and hugged me in a way that I couldn't splash water on him anymore and-"
"Wait so, you two where this close to each other, and he didn't kiss you?" I asked with a little bit of shock in my voice. If he had kissed her she would've already told me that.
"Uhm no, but I think that's good, that he doesn't want to rush anything, but maybe I'll take the initiative on our next date" Maja answered and I looked at her with raised eyebrows and shock but before I could response anything she continued to talk, "yeah, and when we came out of the water he took my towel and put it around my shoulders."
I nodded and smiled at her, "That sounds great Maja, I'm so happy for you" I said and she smiled back. She seemingly really liked Tony, but I mean, if I had a Tony I would be head over heels for him too.
