Tyler's mind set sail as he stared at his ceiling wall.

Thoughts crippled in his head as he rested his back against his soft, comfy bed. His rucksack was still left open with no stuff filled yet aside from the silver Chiron's arrows that were given to him. He gripped his necklace and closed his eyes. He could not feel the urge to sleep nor rest. He wanted to take a quick nap, but he couldn't. He wondered why him. Why not Kingsley instead. Why not some Zeus or Poseidon's son instead. He wondered why him. Son of Eros. He dismissed his thoughts immediately.

He thought of his mum instead. He was thinking about what life he could have if he weren't a demigod. Maybe he was in his bedroom too right now playing some Pokémon games or the Legend of Zelda or streaming Netflix. Too bad he's a demigod.

Still, he could not believe everything. From his dad was a winged heartthrob god of Love, to him saving the world and resurrecting the stoned goddess of youth, Hebe. So he pressed his eyes and hoped that if he opened his eyes, he would be back to his house and his mum instead. He wished that everything was a dream. He opened his eyes. Still in his room. He closed his eyes again and prayed to his dad instead.

Dad... If you're listening, I am asking for your help. Don't take me here and leave me, please. He thought.

Silence filled his room. He took out his id card and realised that the sun was already setting.

Tyler decided to pack his things up. Pairs of jeans, some newly washed shirts, extra undergarments, and extra socks. He also took his picture of him and his mum, a picture when they visited a zoo in Edinburgh. He also took some red apples and a pack of crisps.

"Tyler?" A guy's voice followed after a knock on his door. "You ready? Naflamuss and others might be waiting for us at the Bonfire site. We better get hurry."

Tyler opened his door. Amber's all suit up with his comfortable chocolate coloured jacket, black jeans, and his boots. He looked so cosy and calm. His verdant green eyes were a valley, oasis, paradise, and sanctuary of every living animal creature. So lively and peaceful. His smile and soft scented perfume were like an aromatherapy that consumed his room and his thoughts.

Amber smiled and tucked his hands in his jacket pockets. "So... Let's go?" he asked, smiling.

Tyler nodded before tucking his rucksack in his back. He smiled at Amber.

"Heyyy chill! We'll come back here and finish the unfinished magic brawl. Okay?" Amber put his hand over his shoulder and squeezed him. "We'll return here safe definitely."

Tyler did not answer. He just stared at him at wondered how he figured out how anxious he was.

On their way down, some demigods who were sleeping made an extra effort to see them leave. Everybody was excited to see them start their journey, especially when it was about Tyler. They admired him not because of his "fighting skills" because he hadn't shown any of those yet, but they admired him because of his "looks" and him being the last son of Eros.

A girl came and interrupted their walking. She was facing the ground with her long violet hair covering her whole face, making it hard to see what she looked like. She handed out her arms, carrying a folded parchment paper.
