Gino's POV
Why am I feeling this? After what I've just heard from her. Why do I feel guilty about it? I mean... She was the one who left me and choose her own decision but why do I fell bad about blaming her?
"I'm sorry Baby... It's just that... My father set me up that if I don't marry him he will take all that is important to you. But now that I finally can live without any of their commands... We can be together again. Just me and You. What do you say Gi? Babe? Do you still love me?"
Argh!!! This is just so difficult. What is happening to me? This is wrong. I shouldn't play dumb. I can't let her brain wash me again.
But...if I don't marry him he will take all that is important to you.
Dammit! Why are you making me crazy?!
Sinasabunot ko na ang sarili dahil hindi ko na talaga alam kung ano bang tinatakbo ng isip ko matapos marinig ang mga sinabi niya...
"Gino?" Tumingin agad ako sa pintuan. I saq Shane looking at me worriedly. "Are you okay?"
Inayos ko agad ang sarili at tumango sa kanya.
"Then... Can we talk?"
"About what?"
"It's about Kei..."
Bigla akong natigil ng marinig ang mga sinabi niya. Alam na ba niya?
Lumapit siya sa akin at umupo sa tabi ko.
"Shane... About Kei... She is... Umm... She's...---"
"It's okay. You don't need to tell anything to me. I already know your past"
"Shane?"
"You see... After rewinding everything what happen... I can see how you looked at me while waiting for us to get along again. Then this strange phone call just happen and turns out it was your ex-girlfriend. Since then... You never talk to me. You stay out of my sight. You're staying away from me like I was a stranger. Then I heard a little conversation that made me curious... Found out it was your ex. I was so curious and afraid to ask you and knowing that you will lie to me so I did my own research. Looks like she has a good background on your file. Knowing that you loved her so much and can't let her go .... *snift*"
"Shane...---"
"I am hurt Gino. How can you hide her from me for over all those years. Why didn't you tell me that you have an ex? Why didn't you tell me that this past days you are talking to her... Why Gino? Why did you lie to me that she is just a friend? Why did you hide all those things from me? Do you still love her? Well... Do you love her more than me?"
"Shane... I... *sign* I don't know"
Her eyes have gotten cold and didn't look at me from the eye. "Let's cool off. I want space. I don't want to be with you without knowing who you really love"
"Shane... Shane please don't do this"I hold her hand and knelled at her.
"This is my wish Gino the forth one... Please do it"
"Shane.. " I slowly let go of her hand and just watch her walking straight at the door until I can't see her anymore.
Mark's POV
I am still at the kitchen washing some dishes after we ate. While they where preparing to go to sleep. After finishing the dishes Shane suddenly came up and looking so dizzy.
"Hey... What happen to you?"
"Hey! You jerk! I told you to give me some Space! What is it that you don't understand Gino?!" Sigaw niya habang hawak hawak ang kwelyo ko.
"Shane it's me. Mark. I'm not Gino? Are you drunk?"
"Tsk... Me? Drunk? No way! I can still drink and since you are here please join me. It's sad to be alone drinking this sweet wine" she said looking like a little kid.
"Why don't you ask Gino? Did you guys fight? Why are you saying that ask him some space?"
"Huh! That? *hik* I don't know if that jerk is playing with me or what*hik* he can't even tell how he really feels right now towards me. What a punk! Jerk! Idiot man! Arg!"
Aish... It's a good thing everyone is asleep now. So no one can hear her loud voice.
"Why? Why are all people so mean? They always play with my feeling. Am I that easy to be fooled? Tell me... Am I that stupid?"
"Shane... Your not stupid. Stop saying that. Your the most clever girl I have ever met"
"*snift* Really?"
"Mmm"
"Thank you Mark. I hope all people are the same as you. Your so kind. The woman that will marry you will be very very lucky..." And by that she fall into my arms.
I immediately bring her to a private room. Cause I can't go to a girl's room. I put her in bed and wipe her with a hot towel while looking at her beautiful and innocent face.
"Are you sure? The only woman in my heart is you Shane. Right from the first place I've loved you. But looks like I was to slow and scared to tell you how I feel that I let a man treat you like this. You'll be fine Shane. I won't let anyone hurt you. You are special to me. From now till the end. I will still love you. And he waisted you and trow you like a trash? I will not think twice in picking you up again and make your life as better that what he gave. Just go to me... I'll wait"
