The next morning when Keith woke up he was actually looking forward to going to school. He checked his phone and saw that he was now in a group chat with everyone he had met yesterday. And of course everyone was already awake and talking.

Shiro: hey guys since it's friday today we should all hang out after school :))
Lance: I'm cool with that what about the rest of you?
Pidge: I guess if Hunk goes I'll go too.
Hunk: Yee i'll go :)
Allura: I'll see if I have time. I have a bunch of work to do..
Lance: haha nerd.
Shiro: lance...

Keith read the text as he sat up in bed trying to wake up. He replied back 'I'll be there too.
Lance was the first to reply back. 'PERFECT SEE YOU THEN MULLET.' which made him smile.

Keith climbed out of bed tirdley and headed towards his bathroom where he took a quick shower.
Once he was finished he dried off and walked back into his room with a towel wrapped around his waist. He opened his closet and looked at his clothes. He chose a pair of black ripped skinny jeans, and a red sweater. He slipped on a pair of white converse then brushed through his hair. He decided to put it in a small ponytail. He hasn't put his hair up since he was in middle school. But he thought he would go ahead and do it anyway.

He walked downstairs into his kitchen where he saw his mom cooking breakfast for him. She was still in her pajamas since she gets to go into work late. "Hey mom.." He said as he yawned and took a seat at the table. "Good morning." She smiled as she flipped a pancake onto a plate for Keith. "So any big plans today?" She asked as she walked a plate of pancakes and a glass of orange over to Keith. "Um.. yes actually! Today everyone I met yesterday are all going to hang out after school." Keith explained as he poured a ton of syrup onto his pancakes. "Good that should be fun!" She said sitting down and yawning. Keith nodded then started to eat quickly.

Krolia got up and took Keith's now empty plate. "Are you sure you don't want me to drive you?" She asked washing his plate while Keith grabbed his backpack. "I'll be fine mom thank you! See you later." He said waving as he walked out of the house.

When Keith turned to face the sidewalk he saw Lance there with a small blush on his face. "H-Hey Mullet." He smiled as Keith made his way over to him. "Lance! What are you doing here? How long have you been there waiting?!" Keith said as he tried to hide his blush.
Lance laughed and started walking with Keith. 'Calm down man, I showed up because I wanted to walk with you. And I was only there for a few minutes." He said looking Keith up and down. "Your hair.." Lance said being cut off by a panicking Keith. "What? Do you not like it? I haven't wore it up in such a long time.. I knew It would look dumb-"    
"Keith!" Lance said interrupting the smaller boy. "I was going to say I like it like that." He said with a soft expression. "O..Oh. Well um thank you." Keith said looking down as they continued their way to the school.

"So where are we going after school?" Keith asked after a few minutes. "Hmm.. I'm not sure. we could all go to a movie?" Lance suggested. "I'm fine with that." He nodded. "But of course since Halloween is coming up it will have to be a scary movie." Lance smirked glancing over at Keith.
"I'm not that good at watching horror movies but I'll try for you guys."
He said looking up at Lance.

They soon arrived to school and met up with the others before class started. "Hey everyone. That main event has arrived!" Lance said walking up to them. "Oh hey guys!" Shiro said with a wave. "Hi.." Keith said following Lance.
"So Keith and I think we should all go see a movie after school. Of course I suggested that it's a scary one!" Lance said as he sat down beside a tree. Keith stood beside Pidge as Shiro nodded. "Yeah a movie sounds good. But what movie?" Lance thought for a moment before he had an idea. "How about 47 Meters Down! It's about two girls who get trapped in a cage with limited oxygen. There is a shark after them! And we all know I love sharks!" He said with a bright smile. "I'm fine with that. What about everyone else?" Shrio asked. "I don't care." Pidge said finishing up some of her math homework with Hunk. "I'll watch whatever?" Hunk added. "Thank sounds fun. Count me in as well." Allura said with a small smile too. "Keith?" Lance asked looking over at him. "Um.. I'm kind of scared of them but since everyone else seems excited I'll go too." He mumbled looking down at Lance who was still leaning against the tree. "Great! Let's all meet here at the end of the day!" Shiro said.

The bell for first period rang and everyone sighed, except for Pidge and Hunk. "See you all later!" Shiro said. "Come on Keith time to suffer in Health class." Pidge said putting her things back into her backpack. "Okay. See you guys later then."Keith said following Pidge to the Health room.

When they got there they both took a seat in the front of the room. Keith didn't really like the front of the room but he wanted to be by Pidge. The teacher walked into the room and took attendance. ¨Okay everyone we'll be learning about Physical fitness. Get out your notes and a pencil!"
Keith and Pidge both laughed on accident because they never did any sort of physical fitness other than walking from class to class. The teacher raised an eyebrow at them then continued with his lesson of the day. Pidge was scribbling down tons of notes like her life depended on it. While Keith wrote down a few here and there since it wasn't that difficult. 1st period ended quickly, as the bell for 2nd period had just rang.

¨Do you remember how to get to the spanish room?" Pidge asked putting her notebook away.¨ Keith did the same then looked over at her. ¨Yeah I'm pretty sure." He said walking out of the room with her. ¨Okay see you at lunch then Keith!¨ Pidge said waving as she walked in the opposite direction.

Keith sighed and walked to the spanish room. He had his head low as he walked the halls not wanting to attract attention. But that didn't last long when he heard someone yell for him. "HEY MULLET!" He froze in his tracks and saw Lance pushing through the crowds of people to get to him. "Whew. That was difficult." Lance said when he got to Keith. "Yeah and not really necessary either." Keith mumbled with a smile. "Whatever Kogane let's hurry up or we will be late." Lance huffed. Keith laughed quietly and followed behind Lance.

They arrived to the classroom and took a seat in the middle beside each other. "I'm so excited for tonight!" Lance said practically jumping in his chair. Keith laughed and looked over at Lance with a small smile. "So am I! I can't even remember a time when I went out with friends." Keith said. Lance sighed and nodded. "Well now you have us. So you will never be alone! And you can always hangout with us whenever you want Mullet!" Lance smiled as the teacher walked into the room.
Keith had a small blush and a warm smile as he replayed the words that Lance had said.

"You have us now, so you'll never be alone." That made Keith's heart full and never wanted to lose his new friends.
