The next morning Keith woke up when he wanted  since it was Saturday. So we woke up at 11am to his new puppy Kosmo licking his face. Keith giggled then opened his eyes tiredly. "I'm up.. I'm up." He said in a tired morning voice. He pet the dogs head lightly and smiled happily. Keith sat up and rubbed his eyes. He looked over at his phone and saw a text from Lance.

L: Hey what time do you want to get together ??
K: umm.. how about 12 ?
L: Sounds good, i'll come to your house to get you. I'll bring my car this time so that we don't have to walk that long.
K: cool cool, Kosmo and I will be waiting !!

Keith quickly got out of bed and ran into his bathroom where he stripped down and got into the shower. After he showered hr dried off then walked into his room with a towel wrapped around his waist. He looked at his clothes in his closet and found an outfit that he liked.

He found a black sweater with stars and planets scattered around it. Then he chose a pair of white ripped jeans. Keith grabbed a brush then started to brush his hair. He left it down today then looked over at Kosmo who was laying on his bed chewing on his blanket. "Kosmo! No!" Keith said and ran over to the puppy. Keith sat beside Kosmo and rubbed his puppies belly. "You can play with the new chew toys Lance and I get you" Keith told Kosmo. The puppy barked and Keith was convinced the dog could understand what he was saying,

After a few minutes of playing with Kosmo, Keith got a text from Lance saying that he was outside. Keith quickly grabbed his wallet and put it in his pocket. Then he picked up Kosmo and walked downstairs. His mom wasn't at home since she still had work, but she had texted Keith telling him that she loved him and that she would be home by 10pm.

Keith slid on a pair of Vans then he walked out of the door. He saw Lance standing outside of his beautiful Blue car waiting for him. "Hey mullet!" He waved happily. "Hey Sharpshooter." Keith chuckled. "Did you miss our son Kosmo?" Keith asked carefully handing Kosmo to Lance. "Oh I missed him so much!" Lance said kissing the puppies head. "Are You reading to become spoiled baby boy?" Lance asked looking the puppy in the eyes. Keith giggled then nodded. "Yeah he is going to be so spoiled." Keith agreed.

Lance smiled at Keith and looked him up and down. "You look nice." Lance said his cheeks tinting a soft pink. Keith blushed and bit his lip "Uh thank you! Y-You look good too!" Keith managed to say.  Lance was wearing a white shirt with a light blue jean jacket. He had on ripped blue jeans and white converse. He also had on a hat that was on backwards. Keith was a blushing mess just looking at him.

"Thanks Mulet!" Lance smiled admiring Keith for a few more seconds before he snapped out of it. "I uh... Let's get going shall we?" Lance said opening the passenger side door for Keith to get in. ¨Sure. Thank you Lance¨ Keith said softly as he sat down in the car. Lance nodded then handed Keith Kosmo. Lance walked over to the drivers side and got into the car. He started the car then his music started playing.

Keith gasped and smiled brightly. ¨I love this song!"Keith said excitedly. The song playing was 'you should see me in a crown' by Billie Eilish. ¨Really! I thought I was the only one!" Lance explained.
They both laughed and sang along to the words the whole ride there, even  Kosmo barked along a few times. After a few more songs they arrived to the pet store. Lance turned off the car and got out. He ran over to Keith's side and opened the door for him. "Finally here!" Lance smiled and helped Keith out of his car. Keith blushed then smiled at Lance. "Thank you." Keith said softly as he held Kosmo close. Lance nodded then looked over at Keith. He was holding Kosmo with one arm and his other one free.
Lance looked down at Keith's free hand and reached over to take his hand. Keith flinched slightly then looked down at their hands, instantly relaxing. He glanced up at Lance and saw a blush on his face. Keith giggled quietly and looked at Kosmo full of excitement.

They entered the pet shop and were greeted by a worker. "Hello! Is there anything I can help you with today?" Keith panicked and looked at Lance hoping he would do the talking. But as if Lance already knew he told the lady what they were looking for. "Mainly just things for puppies." He said with a gentle smile. "Alright follow me." She said and lead them to where the puppy section was. "Everything you need should be around here. Let me know if you need anything else." The worker said before she walked away.

Keith looked down at their hands that were still together. He blushed then pulled his hand away to go and grab a cute blue collar. "What do you think about this one?" Keith asked holding it out to Lance. "I like it. It's cute!" He smiled. "And what about this leash?" Lance asked walking over to a black and white checkered leash. "Yeah!" Keith said and showed Kosmo the leash and collar. "What do you think about these Kosmo?" Kosmo leaned forward and sniffed it. "I'll take that as a yes then." Lance said with a quiet laugh.

Lance saw that Keith was struggling with holding everything so he ran off and grabbed a cart for their things. He arrived back to Keith and put the leash and collar in the cart. All we need now is a bed, food, bowls, and a few dog toys."Keith smiled. Lance nodded then walked around the store with Keith and Kosmo. ¨Look at this cute bowl!"Lance said pointing at a red food bowl and a blue water bowl. ¨That is cute. Let's get it." Keith said happily as Lance placed them into the cart.

The two boys both looked around the shop and grabbed a black dog bed and some food, now all they needed to get was a few toys for Kosmo. Keith placed Kosmo down on the ground and let him pick out his own toys. The puppy ended up grabbing a yellow duck squeaky toy, a blue lion toy, and a purple fluffy alien toy. Once they finished getting everything they needed, Keith and Lance walked up to the checkout and the cashier quickly scanned everything. Keith reached for his wallet, but yet again Lance stopped him. "Let me pay Mullet." He said getting his wallet out. "What? No way i'm letting you pay! If you really insist then let's split it." Keith said looking up at Lance. "Okay Let's do that then." Lance said getting out $30, and Keith getting out another $30.

They both paid then got their stuff back in a bag. Keith grabbed the collar and the leash and put it on Kosmo. He placed the puppy on the floor and he started waddling around. "Awe! Look at him waddle!" Keith said walked out of the store with Lance and headed to his car. "Our son is just too cute." Lance added. Keith laughed causing Lane's face to heat up.

Lance never wanted this day to end... so he made a suggestion. "Um Keith.. Would you like to come over to my house?" Lance asked as they both got into his car. "I get it if you don't want to though! W-We could just watch movies, and make cookies or whatever you want to!" Lance rambled on. Keith giggled and nodded. "Sure that sounds fun Sharpshooter." Keith said with a small blush as he looked down at Kosmo who was sitting in his lap. "Really?! Great Do you want to go by your house and grab anything?" Lance asked as he started up the car. "Um.. No I don't think so. I can just call my mom and tell her I''ll be at your house"
Lanced nodded the looked over at Keith with a warm smile. "Alright let's go then Mullet." Lance smiled as he started driving to hi shouse with Keith and Kosmo.
