Yu-Gi-Oh: The Life of Renita

chapter one

Over 5,000 years ago in Thailand there lived a king named Lue. When he was 8 years old he met a princess from England. Her name was Renita. They were instantly connected. At the age of 15 they were married. After Lue became king, the queen found out she was pregnant for their first child. It was a tough pregnancy for the queen. Lue was worried the day she delivered. The labor had gone on for several hours. The king wasn't aloud inside to be with his wife.

The queen had a rough delivery. Finally just as the sun was coming up, the child was born. It was a boy. The queen was weak. She had been very sick though the pregnancy. Renita was lucky she made it through the birth. King Lue looked at his son. He had dark brown hair like his father and brown eyes. King Lue names him Sy.

Renita was happy to have a son. She and Lue decided not to have anymore kids because of her near death experience. Sy was a happy kid. He didn't quite understand that he was going to be king someday.

10 years after Sy was born the queen started getting sick again. That last time was when she was pregnant for Sy. She went to a healer who confirmed she was pregnant again. Renita was very scared. She had no choice but to tell her husband.

He came in their Chambers after a long day of meetings. There was a war threat happening. King Lue didn't want to go to war and was trying to find a peaceful solution. When he arrived at his Chambers his wife was on the balcony over locking the ocean. Lue can up to her and hugged her from behind. He kissed her head.

Renita pushed her self away looking very nervous. "Renita, what's wrong?" King Lue asked. "Lue... I'm pregnant again" she said sadly. Lue got very scared. He knew what happened last time. He didn't want to lose Renita. He went to her and hugged her. "I won't let you die" Lue said. Renita was upset. She made the decision to go on bed rest for the entire pregnancy in order to lower the chance of her dieing in birth.

As the months went by, Renita's stomach was getting bigger. But she was getting sicker. Lue stayed by her side as much as he could. When Renita felt the baby kick for the first time she was happy. But she was still cautious. She didn't want to stress herself or the baby.

When Renita was at her final month of pregnancy she was sicker than ever. One day while she was resting, she felt a strong pain in her stomach. She had felt this with her son and knew it well. "Help!" Renita yelled. A female servent heard her. "My queen what's wrong?" She asked. "Get the midwife, it's... It's time" Renita said. The servent ran out the room and found king Lue and the midwife.

The midwife went to the queen. King Lue had to wait outside. Renita was in a lot of pain. "When you feel like you need to push, go right ahead" the midwife said. Renita didn't feel the urge yet. But as soon as she did she couldn't resist it. "Ahhh" sh screamed as she pushed. "Alright again" the midwife said. Renita pushed again and she screamed. The king was anxious for he didn't like hearing his wife scream. The queen pushed again.

After pushing for several hours she was exhausted. A female servent had to start helping her with the pushes. Finally as the sun came up the queen let out a big scream as she pushed one last time. The baby was born. Renita was weak. Not just from the delivery, but because of the whole pregnancy. "It's a princess" the midwife said. Renita was happy but very weak. "Get...M..my....hu.... husband" Renita said weakly.

The king came in very nervous. "L..u..e." the queen said. "Renita, I'm here." Lue said. She pointed to their daughter. Lue picked up the sleeping baby. "Take....c..care....of.....h...her" Renita said. "Renita?" Lue asked. "G... good bye....my" she died before finishing her sentence. "Renita? Renita? Wake up..." Lue said. He placed the baby back in her crib. He tried to wake up his wife. "Renita! Please wake up" he said. He lifted her and hugged her. "No... Renita" he said. He cried. He kissed his wife on the lips. "I'll take care of them. I love you Renita" king Lue said. He turned to his daughter. She looked just like him. She had bright blonde hair like her mother and brown eyes. He gave the child the name Renita after his wife. Sy wasn't happy that his mother was dead. When the queen was buried Sy stayed at her tomb for a while. "I promise I will execute that murderer the day I become king"
