It's funny how the apple
Doesn't fall far from the tree
The same apple the original Adam
Bit into and fell from grace
Now you wanna bite into a dish
Filled with a truth that's hard to swallow
Try not to choke or feel hallow
When I tell you, you are shallow
And I am deep
Rhymes were cute freshman year
I see that you're still there
Mentally at least
My cabinet is full of literary devices
Now I'll prepare you a feast
Adults telling me when they grow up
They want to be me
Everyone says I'm the best at my job
Only been there for not even two weeks
GPA climbing steadily
Got colleges checking for me
In less than ten years I'll have my M.D.
Will your rap career flop by then?
Guess we'll see 🤷🏾♀️
Calling me out for writing about you?
When you're writing about another
Can you taste the hypocrisy on your tongue?
I am a romantic
A type of writer who's at liberty to write
Whatever I feel
And what I feel is real
I've never lied to you, I'm not duplicitous
You can be the king
But the Queen
Forever reigns in chess
You can ask Queen Elizabeth
Now onto your many misspellings
Keep my name out your mouth
If you can't spell it correctly
I mean it was right in the first poem
But in the second it's hazy
Your name is Sofisticated
But what's sophisticated about
Spelling your name incorrect in purpose?
Can you tell me?
I should, instead, call you sophomoric
Take some advice
Please don't ignore it
If words sting
Then they're probably true
That acerbic taste
Is something to get used to
Can't deny it,
Your diss made me laugh
Yes you're the star in my book,
A ball of hot gas
A hot head who needs to cool down
You're not a king fit for any crown
