Chapter 22

A few weeks later and prom was pretty much ready. Students didn't care about lessons and focused on finding dates for the dance. Last period was science and Jordyn promposed to pidge with some geeky science shit but either way it was adorable and lance kept bothering Pidge with it. "So are you gonna prompose to Keith or is he going to prompose to you?" Pidge asked Lance smirking as they were walking to Lances locker to meet Keith. "I mean I don't think Keith's going to do it and I have something in mind," Lance smiled as he saw his boyfriend waiting for him at the end of the corridor. Keith noticed them walking towards him and returned the smile. Lance leaned in and kiss lance on his cheek making Keith blush. "I thought I said no cheesy stuff in front of me?" Pidge laughed having to look up at the two taller males. 'Did you guys see hunk ask shay to prom! It was so cute' 'Shiro's taking allura and I heard Matt and Adam we're both really jealous' 'I wish Matt would take me but I think he's full on gay' 'has Lance asked Keith yet?' 'Or is Keith gonna Ask Lance?' Both Keith and lance were listening to romelles and Nora's conversation. In reaction to that they both looked at each over and turned away blushing. "Hey guys ima just go up to the art class room and grab something , you guys go ahead and I'll meet you in gym," Lance said grabbing his gym wear out of his locker. "I'll come with you, anything to be late for gym," Pidge said,"cya Keith." Keith stood there watching them leave him behind. He decided to make his way to gym.

"So what you grabbing?" Pidge asked. "Just a lil something to do with prom." Pidge grabbed lances arm and stopped him before they entered the classroom. "What are you doing??? How are you asking Keith???? Are you gonna do it on gym????" Pidge was buzzing with questions. "You'll see and maybe," Lance just smirked as he grabbed a giant poster from his art draw. He pulled at probably a 2x6m poster, it was dead ass huge and with it wrote with red, blue and purple markers were the words:

Pidge was shook. "You did not!" "I did too," Lance said smugly, "so you're just gonna walk into gym and show it to Keith in front of our whole gym class."
"Yes?" Lance didn't think about the fact that he'd be doing it in front of his whole gym glass including griffin. "You're so dumb but I love you." "Thanks? I think? Anyway let's go to gym." Lance and Pidge made their way over to the gym with the poster ready. They god dressed and made their way out. Pidge went ahead. The rest of the class were warming up and pidge dragged Keith away. "Just be prepared." That's all Pidge said and stood their looking at the doors. Lance walked through, waving the poster in the air. "What do you say babe?" Lance shouted across the gym. Keith blushed majorly as everyone cheered. "I said if you were gonna do this nothing bob but I love you dumb ass so yeah." Keith smiled and ran up to lance. The hugged for which felt like forever and then kissed passionately. Then the coach ordered everyone to stop fussing over prom and warm up. So they had to break it up short, but hey at least they're going together officially.
