You continuously wiped your mouth, struggling to regain breath. There was a previous pause within your mind, as it all began to process his words.

"Welcome home gift? ... I thought you were going to let me leave..."

Midoriya hadn't inched from his position, and caressed your cheek lovingly followed by a gentle yet soulless smile. "I told you already. Why would I let something I worked so hard on getting leave me? That's... insane!"

You turned around to pull on the doorknob. "You're insane, Izuku!" You shouted, feeling regrets and misfortune enveloping your figure. Midoriya was taken aback, but eventually he placed both of his hands on your shoulderpads. That grip of his tightened, and you could fell his strength increasing as time passed.

"Let go of me!"

You screamed, trembling while Midoriya's body grew closer to yours, his head nuzzling into your neck. "I can't let you leave me.. Not again... I felt like I was slowly dying... It was terrible, [Y/N]."

For some reason, you felt something for this young man;

Pity.

You pitied his distorted mind, and this  stupid infatuation. It all made you disgusted, sick, fed up.

Finally, you've had enough of this. You'd rather be killed than to stay here imprisoned with him. The blood in your viens boiled, and your hand stretched to reach for the coat hanger. The boy behind you hadn't noticed, being sidetracked by his nuzzling against your neck.

You grasped onto the metallic rail and unhooked it from the wall, not a glint of hesitation in your eyes.

He felt your movements, but by the time he lifted his head, he came into contact with a cold pole. You forcefully hit the side of this head, feeling it vibrate as your wrist recoiled. Midoriya staggered back and collided to the floor, groaning and holding onto his head flooding with blood.

"... [Y/N], [Y/N].. Tha..t hu.. hurt..s."

You used this time to turn around and open the door, sprinting out without much thought. "..T.. That was easy!" As you turned the corner, your pace slowed. Realization had hit you like a rock.

Those petite hands of yours raised, as they were trembling without your permission. Tears dripped down your face, and you struggled to wipe them, clueless to why you're feeling this way.

"Why am I..-"

Before you could answer your own question, a male approached you. He had frantic red eyes and hair, not to mention he appeared to be a younger age than you. A child, more or less.

"Are you okay?" The little boy choked out in a soft tone, stepping toward you accompanied by trembling. He looked so afraid, but questioned your demeanor.

You stared at him and lowered your eyes. 'What's a boy like him doing in a place like this??' You thought, shooting back your eyes upwards to the youngin. He looked helpless, and those kind eyes had that sparkle of hope in them. You firmly gripped onto his wrist and pulled him down the hallway with you.

"I'm fine! Let's go hide somewhere until no villains are around. They'll probably kill us without a second thought." The child struggled to catch up with you. He then tugged on your shirt, causing you to pause.

"Over there..." He whispered, gesturing toward the open door. He jumped up as soon as he heard faint steps down the hallways.
