"Okay, let's go."

The boy tightened your backpack around his shoulders, granting you the time to exit before him. Midoriya closed the door and hid the key underneath the welcoming matt at ease. He then turned towards you and grasped onto your hand firmly, making his way down the hallway. "I'm sorry that this is so sudden, but I don't trust it here. I'll find a place we can stay, I promise." As soon as you both approached the double doors, the boy twirled to fix your coat, and placed the hoodie over your head. He did the same afterwards.

"It's cold out there, so let's be careful." He spoke in a warm mutter, pivoting his heel to open the main doors.

You felt a chilling feeling which attacked your skin, even the coat could barely handle the weather. Midoriya led you outside, instantly beginning to sniffle. This wasn't even the beginning, it was only... hiiigh noon. It gets way colder during the night.

You wrapped your free hand around your body to warm yourself only slightly, stroking your arm to generate heat. You traveled with Midoriya around a few places, and while doing so you began to notice his strange behaviors. He looked strangely paranoid; like something was on his mind. You came to a sudden stop, causing the boy to halt as well. He then looked over at you with a confused face. "Something wrong?"

You nodded, and lowered your hand. "I... I need.. to pee.." Your whisper barely brushed his ears, however he nodded as he understood. "Okay. We'll stop by the convenience store, they have bathrooms in there."

Midoriya began walking again, his fingers intertwined with yours. He then shoved your holding hands down into his coat's right pocket, tucking them away to keep you warmer.

He released a sigh, noticeable cold air clouding his face while doing so.

It look a little while, but eventually you both located the convenience store; the same one where you met with Todoroki. Midoriya watched you enter before following behind you, his eyebrows curling in dismay to you leaving him to use the restroom.

He simply stood stationary near the door, growing uneasy the longer he had to wait. But soon enough, the door opened and out stepped a small girl with brown hair and pretty eyes, filled with light.

In an instant Midoriya recognized her, and felt his body grow stiff. He stood just a few meters from her, and in an attempt to remain unnoticed, the boy shifted his gaze and lowered his head, tapping his foot gently against the tiled floor at ease.

"Uraraka, are you ready?"

The female looked up in the direction the familiar voice came from, meeting with a lovely smile and pink unkempt hair. She trotted over, nodding. "Yeah! So Ashido, are we going to go get Hagakure?"

The two girls had began to chat, seemingly careless of what went on around them. But during their conversation, Uraraka acted upon instinct and pivoted slightly, looking back towards the young boy being discreet about his presence. She squinted her eyes, while those glistening pearls of hers became curious.

"...Deku..?"

It was difficult to see his face with the hood that lingered over his head. She still recognized that green shaded hair and plain face, becoming almost startled as the realization that it could've been him had hit.

She was on the verge of approaching, before Ashido forged her back to reality. "Hey! What're you looking at?"

Uraraka returned her gaze, and smiled nervously. "Oh, it's nothing. I just thought I saw someone.. familiar..." She spoke honestly, clasping her hands together as they reached the parting doors.
