Uraraka's knees buckled as she hesitantly dialed a hero agency. Her tension was at it's peak, and she felt afraid since Midoriya's impenetrable glaring never seemed to have shifted. But as her finger abruptly stayed idle beside the dial icon, she looked with incredible hostility. " ..W..Why'd you do it...?"
Midoriya eased his glare, and tilted his head as though he was oblivious to the situation. "What are you.. talking about?"
She lowered her phone and clenched it tightly. Midoriya noticed this and held back a dark grin, figuring that his best choice of action was to create an alibi.
"Why'd you kill him? Kaminari, I mean. I'm sure you killed Bakugou, too!" She shouted, causing many to look over. Midoriya diverted his lifeless gaze as he tucked his hands deeply into the pockets of his coat.
'I can't go around that one....'
Noticeable tears came to her eyes, almost making Midoriya feel pity for the young hero. However, he felt a light sting at his heart, and couldn't help but see the image of you whenever a girl had shed tears.
"I'm sorry Uraraka... but I don't think it's any of your business..." He muttered, turning away to walk down the sidewalk. He proceeded to make his way down the pathway, aware that Uraraka would chase him for answers.
After all, a hero never quits.
Midoriya heard footsteps behind him, and made sure where he stood was isolated. He stopped as soon as his body faced the rusty metallic wall, while inevitable flashbacks proceeded to breach his mind.
'I killed Kaminari right here... And had [Y/N] kidnapped. Reckless move at the time, I know... But I was just so eager to see her face...' The boy pulled open the door, his eyes poking around the dirty and dingy warehouse with curiosity. He then cracked a smile, winessing the chair placed solemnly in the center of the room. He then closed it after reminiscing on some cherishable memories, finding it special the day he finally saw you again.
Uraraka glared at him, confused and puzzled to his actions. "H..Hey! We... still need to talk!" She felt like he paid zero heed to her, since he pressed his palm against his eye and dug the toe of one of his shoes into the dirt at ease.
Midoriya dropped his arms and referred back to his theory earlier, in which he thought about Uraraka trying to break the both of you apart. His teeth collided together, his senses tangling and emitting the intent to commit murder. His hand delve into his pocket, and eventually a pocket knife laid into view. Uraraka's eyes widened, and yet she remained a calm demeanor.
"ł JɄ₴₮ ₵₳₦'₮ ₴ɆɆ₥ ₮Ø ⱠłVɆ ₩ł₮Ⱨ ₮ⱧɆ ₲łⱤⱠ ł ⱠØVɆ ... ₮ⱧɆⱤɆ'₴ ₳Ⱡ₩₳Ɏ₴ ₴Ø₥ɆØ₦Ɇ ØⱤ ₴Ø₥Ɇ₮Ⱨł₦₲, ₮ⱤɎł₦₲ ₮Ø ₮Ɇ₳Ɽ Ʉ₴ ₳₱₳Ɽ₮..."
The girl nearly lost her composure, and Midoriya had taken that slight opportunity to his advantage. He took a quick dash and attempted to slash at her jugular, however the girl kept her distance. She stared at the blade he held, and knew to take what she learned at the internship to account.
'Gunhead always told me to keep my distance! And if they attack me directly...'
She pivoted her heel, to turn and dodge, managing to throw Midoriya off by her surprisingly impressive skill. He attempted to step back to regain bearings, but she already held her hand around his wrist wielding the blade, also being cautious about activating her quirk.
'Then hold them down and pull their wrist!'
Uraraka forced his body down with her free hand around the nape of his neck, while she pulled on his wrist in sync. Midoriya collided against the ground, his cheek becoming scratched and partially injured. He wiggled desperately under her restraint, struggling to move.
