"What...- How..."

"How did you find me?!" You tried not to shout, however your happiness was unable to be detained. The boy pushed his hands into his pockets, and smothered his foot against the cement. "Well... I.. followed Midoriya."

He replied loosely, and continued furthermore.

"I spotted him in town a few times. I knew he had did something to you ... since you never replied to my messages, I wanted to help you. Personally, I think he needs to be taken down. For good this time."

"..."

Your shoulders trembled. You hadn't known if it was out of happiness or sadness. However, it soon dawned on you that you ... felt relieved. The male noticed you were beginning to quietly cry, and extracted his hands in frantic worry.

"Todoroki..."

You sobbed, watching as he moved closer with beady balls of sweat rolling down his face. "Hey.. keep it down... Midoriya might hear you." He called out to you in a low whisper.  Todoroki then turned to stifle a cough with his soft gloves, and returned his gaze towards you.

You noticed his nose was red.

Did he catch a cold due to the weather? It was the only possible solution to why he had such a raspy voice. You quickly shook your head and wiped your eyes, pushing those sorts of thoughts to the back of your mind.

"Why are you here?.."

Todoroki rubbed his nose. "I already told you. But... Unless you get a sense of pleasure from staying here with an maniac, you should come with me. We're going to hide out by the rivers, Midoriya won't find us there."

Rather discreetly, he became intently focused, and attempted to create a slanted ice glacier that you could slide across. He knew you wouldn't hesitate to follow, it was just apart of your character.

"W-Wait, let me grab my shoes-" You realized in that instant, you had left them by the door. Going to get them would lay too much suspicion, and you knew Midoriya was going to attempt to open the door in a matter of seconds, after realizing how much time you've spent in there.

"Never mind."

It's been a while since you've last came out of the bedroom, and Midoriya was really beginning to get anxious. He rinsed off his hands before drying them with his shirt, and went onwards towards the room to make sure you're responsive. "...Are you okay in there?" He asked, while knocking twice.

The boy with green irises lowered his gaze, and placed his hand on the knob, twisting it given the opportunity. His face then contorted into nervousness, as he realized it was locked from the inside. "[Y-Y/N]... Why'd you lock the door?"
He waited patiently for an answer, but instead what laid within the atmosphere was a lingering silence. Midoriya tugged vigorously, scenarios he never dreamed of occuring played in a loop throughout his mind like a broken tape player.

His unimaginable fear got the best of him, and so he forced the door open after one brute shove against it. Midoriya's eyes delve around for you, only it landed on an open window, that allowed cold gusts of wind to intrude.

"[Y/N]!!" He shouted in desperacy, sprinting towards the aperture. His eyes were widened in disbelief, as you were nowhere to be found. "...T..This can't be happening.." Midoriya whispered, grasping onto his tangled, green fuzzy locks. His heart pounded, and his vision became clouded by an abrupt blur.
