Zhao Yunlan go to the said club as fast he can.
The club is full with people. It's 2 in the morning,but there still a long line people getting into the club.
Those young bloods.
He enters the club easily by flashing his police badge.
He curses and work hard to pass the crowds in the middle of colorful flashing lights and techno blasting music. Oh gosh! He hates this so much.
Zhao Yunlan confidence that Shen Wei had been pulled here involuntary by some bastards. Those bastards are waiting for his fist.
He really wants to find Shen Wei and get out from here as soon as possible.
When he roams around tables of the left side of the club, his eyes land on the only figure who catching his eyes.
Shen Wei looks quite different. He doesn't wear his usual glasses so his very big eyes reveals . His pale face now flushes with red. His usually neat hair totally disheveled wildly. His dark blue suit already loosens, so Zhao Yunlan can see his white shirt underneath it.
The most critical part,Shen Wei is leaning against the sofa with one hand on the armrest to support his head and another hand playing with the lollipop in his mouth. But his gaze is unfocused.
Zhao Yunlan gulps and strongly restrain any crazy fantasy that pops up in his mind now.
"Shen Wei!"
"Yunlan, you're here!"says Shen Wei cheerfully when he realizes the presence of Zhao Yunlan.
They grab the attention of a group of men at the same table. Each of them has a girl by their side.
" Yezun is busy so he asks me to bring you home",Zhao Yunlan help Shen Wei to stand.
But, a man with purple long hair stops them. "Hey!The party is not over yet. Let's enjoy!"
Zhao Yunlan sighs. Do they blind to see how uncomfortable Shen Wei is?
"It's ok Zhu Jiu. Thanks for drinks", Shen Wei shakes his head and waving his hand to them. Zhao Yunlan holds him tight to keep him stable.
But that man (now name as Zhu Jiu)continues to block their way. "Come on,Shen Wei. You should stay longer.Besides, we don't trust him to be with you...Like this".
Zhao Yunlan cannot hold his frustration anymore and he shoves his badge nearly hit Zhu Jiu nose, "I'm the Chief of SID. If there's still some dissatisfaction, i welcome you guys to the station with open hand. Bedsides, Yezun trust me better than you guys who force his brother to drink".
"What the...You think i afraid of you?Do you know who i am?You only a little policeman", Zhu Jiu raves as he drunk already. His friends clap their hands and shout delightfully.
"Really, Mr purple hair? Sorry, i not a cowardly bully who likes to take advantage on others", Yunlan simply push Zhu Jiu aside but Zhu Jiu who drunk enough, fell to the floor.
His friends and the girls laugh at him.
Zhao Yunlan who turns away from him did not realise his building rage which makes him grabs the biggest wine bottle on the table and about to hit Zhao Yunlan back.
"Yulan!"Shen Wei who sense the danger yell.He whirls Zhao Yunlan around and block the bottle with his forearm. The bottle broke into pieces.
The blood trails along his pale arm. But Zhao Yunlan face much paler than it.
"No! Damn bastard!" Zhao Yunlan fly to Mr Purple hair and give a few aim punches and satisfying kicks.
Everything becomes messy.The girls ran and Zhu Jiu friends try to protect Zhu Jiu.
Shen Wei hugs Zhao Yunlan from behind. "Yunlan, that's enough. Don't waste yourself for bastard like him. He had enough in the past".
"Past?"Zhao Yunlan puzzles but enjoying the hug. He grabs swaying Shen Wei and hold him close. He passes the card to one of Zhu Jiu friends and piggyback Shen Wei out of the club.
"Shen Wei,Shen Wei? Why you save me again?"Zhao Yunlan asks when he checks the cut on Shen Wei forearm. The cut looks deep and need to be stitched.
"Yunlan.."
"Ehmm..."
"Because you worth it", Shen Wei murmurs quietly. Then, he pecks on Zhao Yunlan left cheek.
"I never regret my decision to love you although it's quite crazy", Shen Wei gives the second kiss on other side of Zhao Yunlan cheek before dozing off.
Zhao Yunlan swear his face is swollen like a red balloon and his heart beats rapidly.
He almost collapses with bewilderment.
"Am I the one who drunk now?"
