"Alright, Hayate cut loose nothing bad could happen." She smiled as she spoke. I guess she's excited now too.

Hayate moved in using a remarkably fast [ Wind Step], and used [ Thundershock]! Rea barely got away from the blast. She used [ Strength of the beast] then reached in the bag to pull out a shield.

"What other stuff do you have in there?"

"Later!"She yelled as she bashed Hayate with the shield.

That's when it began. She blocked a swipe of Hayate's paw and was lightly pushed back. She used [ Invigoration] as she blocked his tackle. She pushed up on the shield and kicked his chest. Hayate jumped back onto his feet and his fur was engulf in a green glow. The glow became a armor that looked similar to mine but it had large spikes on it's shoulders and hips and it increase the reach of his horn. Using her shield, she pushed away his horn and gave another kick but Hayate didn't seem to feel it as he pushed forward again as if nothing happened. Then Rea used one of her abilities from last night. [ The Hunter]! Just like that she was moving as fast as Hayate's [ Wind Step]. Hayate jumped in the air and was using it to sorta fly, I was wondered about using it like that but to see it done flawlessly was breathtaking.

Once he felt he was high enough he used a new move [ Firestorm]
And the heat from it was unreal it felt like he would set the forest ablaze. I had to step back before I was caught in it but Rea jumped straight through it. She rose from the flames and grabbed his horn.

"Hayate let's end it here! Didn't think you would use something like that here." He slowly descended a step at a time while Rea rode on his back.

"Yes master Rea! How was I?" Hayate finally touch down.

"You were great but a little too reckless. What if you sat the forest on fire or Rei was burned."

"Don't worry this forest was once burned down in a fight between monsters and became very heat resistant and as for Master he moved the moment I stopped in air." Rea turned around looking for me and I waved at her.

"I guess everything is fine then, now your master has to get as strong as you."

"Master will surpass me in no time."

"Thanks Hayate, I think I might need to get some takedowns of my own." I wanted know his reason for stopping the bear kill.

"Ah, Yes about the bear. I didn't want Master to get close. Master was the first person to offer me a defeated one any kindness, so I will never let harm befall Master." That's nice for real fights but I'm going to need to take risks in my training.

"Hayate from now on no interfering when unless I ask for help. If you don't I can't grow strong too." He sat there quietly for a moment, I'm pretty sure he tried to give me puppy dog eyes before realizing he was a eight foot tall wolf that probably weighs more than a pick-up truck.

"*Sigh* If Master wishes so be it. I will only interfere if called upon." He seems down about but he agreed. For now I should just show appreciation for his help with us so far.

"Okay Rea where do we start?" I return everyone's attention to the pile.

"Stack all the razor wolves together and the bear and treant separately. I'll show you how to do this with the wolves and I'll do the bear and Treant myself." She started explaining as she hopped off Hayate's back.

"Master, I..." I can't believe we forgot about Hayate being a wolf.

"Sorry, Hayate we don't have to collect from the wolves..."

"No it's fine Master, they tried to attack me while I was asleep. What I wanted was some of the bear's meat. I didn't get to try the first one." Me and Rea share a questioning look for a moment then she nodded.
