(Reagan's POV)
"WE SHOULD HAVE A SCHOOL DANCE!" I practically shout at her "Oh my god yes!" She replies. "With no curfew and no dress code and all the alcohol!" "YES!"
We make a plan. Today is Wednesday June 21st, So to give people time to order clothes and to have time to buy decorations we set the date to Friday June 30th. I insisted on making flyers and Morgen and I hung them around the cabin. Morgen was on booze and playlist/DJ duty and I was going to do decorations. We'd clear out her huge dining room that had a dark hardwood floor perfect for dancing. We'd get snack and jello shots and poofy dresses and it was going to be awesome!
We decided the best way to do DJing was to make a set playlist and let it play but throughout the night have a list people could write suggestions on and Morgen would play those at the end of the night. It would be awesome. And we agreed on, Yes YMCA, no Cupid Shuffle.
The next few weeks went really fast and before we knew it it was the day before the dance. I asked Devin to go, Chris asked Morgen, Kyndall asked Autumn and everyone was honestly stoked.
(Mikayla's POV)
It was the day before the dance and I was going to ask Oren to go and then probably try to have sex with him. But before I could do that. Heath, who I had gotten really close to this past week said this :
"I really like you and I'd love to go to the dance with you."
I felt like shit telling him no, I was going with Oren. I slept in Oren's bed that night but I was to bummed for sex.
