After Jacque broke off his mate bond with Linda, he kept to himself for awhile. Charlotte who didn't know a thing, could only support Jacque from the sidelines.

Seeing the slow progress, Oliver got more and more irritated.

'Bao Zi, help me get someone to chase Charlotte, in the romantic way of course. Make sure Charlotte doesn't like him.'

These few days there was someone chasing after Charlotte, the news got so big it was on the school forum and most was laughing at her. After all who would go after a nerd? A ugly one as well.

Jacque was one to pay attention to the school forum and no doubt he knew of the news. He was irked. What if Charlotte decided to accept?

He didn't want that to happen.

Jacque went to find Charlotte. He saw her hand being grabbed by the guy that was on the forum and a rush of emotions hit him. He pushed aside the feeling that he got when he first met Linda and pushed the guys hand away.

he then pulled Charlotte to him, dragging them far away.

That's when he realised. His mate, he had found his mate, but he didn't want to find his new mate. He wanted to stay with Charlotte. A dazed Charlotte was dragged along. She wasn't prepared when Jacque slammed his lips on hers and both their eyes snapped open at the same time.

'Mate!'

" No way.." Charlotte whispered out covering her mouth.

"Yes way." Jacque said as he pulled Charlotte closer.

" B-But! You had a mate!! The screaming banshee! Er.. I mean Linda!" Her mistake made Jacque chuckle.

"And not anymore." He whispered, not caring if everyone around them could see or hear them. He was spreading PDA and he knew it. Jacque gazed at Charlotte for permission before biting down on her fair wrist, she doing the same.

She glanced at him gaping before she squealed and tossed herself on him, glomping him. They both fell back and her glasses slipped off. Jacque took her glasses and put it on himself, expecting to face a dizzy world, but all he saw was the same vision he saw everyday.

" Prescription glasses?" he looked at her questionably an eyebrow raised.

"aha.." She laughed awkwardly as he cupped her face.

It wasn't ugly. Not that he cared, but she was cute. And that was all that mattered.

"Yes!!! Muahahaha!!!!" Oliver screamed out loud scaring the hell out of Vincent who acted as his chair.

Vincent should have gotten used to it by now, his mate's sudden outbursts. But his evil cackling and laughter unnerved him all the time.

"So? Did they get together or something?" Vincent boredly called out.

"Yes, Yes they did." Oliver smiled before smacking a chase kiss on Vincent's lips.

"Is that my reward?" Vincent pouted. He should receive more. He suffered so much.

Oliver patted his head and tilted his head, exposing his neck for Vincent. Vincent glanced at him in bewilderment. Was his mate really giving him permission?

Oliver nodded and Vincent's face lighted up like the brightest star. Vincent took a sniff of the heavenly smell on Oliver's neck before licking at a spot above his collarbones, Oliver submissively bared his neck for Vincent and Vincent happily extended his fangs.

Before biting he glanced at his mate again. Biting the neck was a so called formal ceremony. It would bind them together forever, it could be said as a marriage contract that can never be removed.

Oliver definitely allowed, he had been with his husband for many years, too much to count, why would he suddenly stop him from being his husband? That will never happen.

Vincent sank his fangs as deep as he could, eliciting a moan from Oliver. Oliver felt the pain from the fangs but also the pleasure, it was as if someone had given him shots of adrenaline.

Vincent didn't let go after awhile, he wanted to savor this moment, lasting it for a while more.

Similarly, Vincent bared his neck to Oliver who gladly bit down, causing Vincent to grunt in approval.

What happened to Linda you ask? Well of course she was forgotten.

" Like what the hell is going on...." Oliver was duped as the system gave a mission complete.
