We arrive at the Powerhouse where Nate is going to fight. I am super excited to experience this! Nate seems really pumped about the fight and as we enter the building, everyone starts chanting "RAMPAGE, RAMPAGE!" Wow, he must be pretty popular. Somehow I feel like the odd one out not knowing how good he probably is. His fans are going insane so much that it almost feels like he is a celebrity! Nate holds my hand firmly as we walk through the crowd and a bunch of girls run up to him trying to get his autograph and pictures with him. He complies but his eyes are always on me. When he looks at me so deeply I feel like I'm the only person in a room full of groupies. After he gets done with the photos, he grabs my hand once again and plants a kiss on my cheek. I catch a few stern looks from some of the females he was just taking photos with. His kiss was sweet but definitely caught me off guard. I glance over at him with a small blush and a smile. He grins back and leads me to the back where he has to get ready and prepare for his fight.

I plop down on a plush chair in a hall that leads to a locker room. "Is your opponent a good fighter? Aren't you the least bit scared?" I ask with some concern. I can't imagine being punched in the face or having someone wrap their body around me, all while trying to beat the shit out of me! Fuck that!

Nate looks at me with a gleam in his eye and a tiny smirk. "Have I told you how beautiful you look tonight?"

I tilt my head to the side, off put by his response to my question. Maybe he doesn't like talking about any of it before going into a fight. I sit and remain silent not wanting to stir the pot nor wanting to respond to his question since he didn't answer mine!

He laughs. "I'm not scared. Ever. I got this."  He walks over to me as I sit back in the chair. He caresses my cheek lightly for a brief moment as he gazes into my eyes. "You're too cute."

I lean into his caress and decide to cut off the seriousness of the situation. "You have my full support Nate! I will be front row cheering you on! Rampage! Rampage!" I scream playfully.

He rolls his eyes amused by my 'cheerleader' act. "Let's go gorgeous."

I get up from the comfy chair and head back out to the huge crowd of spectators awaiting the main event and make my way to the front row. Everyone is so close together because the building is packed with people. I'm going to take a wild guess and presume this is against fire code for capacity in case of an emergency. Dumbass Halston! Forget work and enjoy yourself!

Everyone starts cheering as Nate enters the ring, "RAMPAGE! RAMPAGE!" Nate scans the crowd then looks right at me and winks as he hops around the ring. All of the girls by me start screaming for Nate, probably assuming he winked at them. Dream on bitches! His opponent enters the ring and some other spectators start chanting, "SNAKE! SNAKE!" Sean "The Snake" Morris, is Nate's opponent. Standing at almost the same height and build, this could be a good fight. After listening to the announcer introduce the two men, the crowd goes wild as the bell dings and the fight begins. Thirty seconds into the first round, Nate nails a jab and then gets him to the floor in an arm bar. Sean barely gets out of the arm bar, knees Nate in the jaw then they get back to their feet. In turn, "Snake" does a knee and elbow strike. They jab back and forth and Nate takes a nasty hit to the cheekbone. I feel like my heart sink into my stomach! This shit is so intense!

When least expected, Nate does an uppercut on "Snake" and he is KO'd!! Well that was quick because it's still the first freaking round! Well, I guess I don't have to endure these girls breathing down my neck anymore and making me go deaf from how loud they yell. The crowd cheers on Nate like he just won a fucking Oscar! I feel like I'm so out of place here but then I look at Nate and he looks at me and smiles even though he has a huge shiner on his cheek. Crazy how he can still smile even after getting hit like that! Nate heads to the back to change and I wander over to get a drink from the small bar off to the side of the arena.
