Leo and Mikey run around the lair as Splinter keeps baby Raph busy in the lab as Donnie does some tests on him to make sure he's healthy. An hour of baby proofing the lair and the boys finished, just as Casey and April got back with baby essentials. Mikey and Leo are in the living room panting like dogs when April and Casey put the bags on the floor in front of the couch as they unpacked all the stuff they bought.

"You guys look tired" (April)

"Ya think." (Leo)

"What did you guys get at the baby store ?" (Mikey)

As Casey and April say what they have they take it out of the bag.

"Diapers and diaper covers." (April)

"Baby harness" (Casey)

"Harness ?" (Mikey)

Mikey and Leo exchange looks. "What do we use that for ?" (Leo)

"When you want to carry Raph and you need to do stuff with your hands at the same time." (April)

Leo and Mikey think long and hard about it and come to terms with the fact that they'll probably need it. Then they kept going with the things in the bags.

"Stroller" (April)

"Toys" (Casey)

"Binky's" (April)

"Baby food" (Casey)

"Playpen" (April)

"Diaper bag" (Casey)

"Lastly, a Crib" (April)

"And I got him some things from me, as a present for him." (April)

After they had everything out and unpacked, they all went to the lab to see Splinter and baby Raph. April brought her bag that had Raph's presents. They opened the closed lab doors and Master Splinter had Raph in his lap, and he played with his feet and fingers, while Master Splinter meditated. Baby Raph sees his big brother and walks up to Leo and wants him to hold him. Raph holds his tiny arms up to Leo and he looks at baby Raph weird and at Mikey, who shrugs his shoulders and April looked confused.

"What is wrong with you two ? Do you not know how to hold a baby ?" (April)

Leo and Mikey looked ashamed while shaking their heads no. So, April walked over to Leo and picked Raph up, while showing Leo how to hold Raph the right way. April hands Raph to Leo and shows him how to hold Raph. Once Leo is holding Raph, he he smiles at Leo and lays on his shoulder.

"Raph is an adorable baby." (April)

"Until he's cranky." Master Splinter says as he gets up and goes to the dojo.

"Where should we put his crib ?" (Mikey)

"Why don't you guys discuss this, NOT IN MY LAB ! SO I CAN WORK ON FINDING AN ANECDOTE !" (Donnie)

Raph looks at Donnie and puts his bottom lip out and it starts quivering. Then baby Raph started crying. Leo tried to comfort him but it didn't work.

"Shhhh. It's ok Raph. Shhhh. Donnie didn't mean to scare you. It's ok, calm down please." (Leo)

April saw how hard Leo was trying, and failing, so she reached over and grabbed the small turtle and cradled him in her arms and rocked him sideways.

"Shhh..." (April)

Then she did something that surprised all the boys. She started singing to Raph.

"You are my sunshine

My only sunshine

You make me happy

When skies are grey

You never know dear

How much I love you

So please don't take

My sunshine away" (April)

They guys didn't know how she did it so calmly, and he actually stopped crying and April got a binky and put it in his mouth and he was content. She held him for a moment longer and he was happy again. April looked up at Donnie who was already being quietly lectured by Mikey and Leo. April stomped over to Donnie and handed Raph to Leo and started yelling at him for making Raph cry. Master Splinter apparently heard Raph crying from the dojo and came in.

"I heard Raphael cry, is everything alright ?" (Splinter)

"Yeah, just Donnie yelling at us !" (April)

"Well then, I think you four should take Raphael to get settled into Leonardo or Michelangelo's room and..." (Splinter)

"Wait wait wait ! Why can't he sleep in his own room ?" (Mikey)

"Because he's a baby Mikey. And babies need a lot of attention. You'll understand it soon enough." (April)

Then April leaned down and in the bag, she brought that had Raph's presents in it, she pulled out a red stuffed bear (pretend it does NOT have a bow) for him. Then she pulled out a red fuzzy blanket and handed it to him.

"Fuzzy ! Fuzzy !" (Raph)

She and Leo wrapped him in the red blanket and he snuggled it for a moment.

"Bear bear !" (Raph)

Then he grabbed the teddy bear from April and he fell asleep in Leo's arms.

"Awww, he's so cute as a baby." (Leo)

"Yeah, he is, but what happened ?" (Mikey)

Leo smacks Mikey and startled baby Raph and he started fussing and Leo panicked and April rolled her eyes and took Leo's waist and rocked him, with her arms, side to side and Leo eventually did it on his own and hushed baby Raph back to sleep.

They went into the living room, finally letting Donnie work, and set up Raph's playpen in the living room in front of the, turned off, tv. They laid Raph in the playpen on his plastron and he didn't let go of the teddy bear. April draped the fuzzy blanket over him and he slept soundly.

They took that little time Raph was asleep to set up the crib in Leo's room, because they all decided baby Raph would sleep in Leo's room, since they thought Mikey wouldn't know how to care for him properly. So, Leo, Mikey, April and Casey took all the baby stuff into Leo's room.
