Baby Raphie

Part 11

The three teens got over to the couch and sit down for ten minutes when Mikey starts to wander around doing nothing then he started pacing. 

“Mikey are you ok ?” (April) 

“Huh ?” (Mikey) 

“You’ve been pacing for fifteen minutes dude. What’s wrong ?” (Casey) 

“Leo hasn’t come back yet. I’m starting to get worried.” (Mikey) 

“Out of the four of you Leo is the only one who can be out for hours and come back without a scratch or a fight and you don’t have to worry about.” (April) 

“You sure he’s ok ?” (Mikey) 

“I’m sure he’s fine Mikey. It’s Leo after all. He’s responsible, reliable, smart, tactic and a bunch of other big words I don’t feel like saying. He’s fine dude.” (Casey) 

“He’ll be ok Mikey.” (April) 

“I hope so.” (Mikey) 

Mikey goes over next to April and Casey and sits down and tries not to worry about his oldest brother out alone in the cold. The weather people said it was going to get down to 30 degrees tonight and it’s already 10pm and Leo’s been gone for two hours. 

“Come home safe and soon bro.”

Mikey said out loud but only to himself. 

With Leo (10pm)

Leo was roof jumping when he started to get a bit chilly so he slowed down a little and checked the streets for any danger or anything so he could head home. 

As he was heading home, the temperature drastically decreased in  the area and Leo suddenly got really really really cold. 

He started to shiver and was covered from head to toe in goosebumps.

“Oh man it’s cold.” (Leo) 

Leo hugged himself to keep warm and couldn’t run anymore so he’s walking. 

But what he thought was him rushing to get home was actually barely taking steps at all. 

Then after a while of that Leo collapsed on the rooftop and went numb as everything got dark. 

At The Lair (10:40)….. 

 Donnie was in his bedroom asleep while April, Casey and Mikey were in the living room watching tv and playing video games. 

“Guys, it’s already 40 after. Leo should have checked in at 30. Would if something happend to him !? Would if he’s hurt ?! Would if he need help !?” (Mikey) 

“Relax Mikey.” (Casey) 

“Why don’t we ask Donnie to track Leo’s phone so you can see for yourself he’s ok.” (April) 

“Ok April.” 

Mikey ran to Donnie’s room and lightly knocked and opened the door. 

“Donnie ?” (Mikey) 

“Yeah *yawn* Mikey what’s up ?” (Donnie) 

“Leo hasn’t checked in and it’s 10:40.” (Mikey) 

Mikey was really worried about Leo for some reason even though everyone said he’s fine. 

“*yawn* I can track his phone from my lab.” (Donnie) 

Donnie got out of bed and walked with Mikey to his lab. When in the lab, Casey walked in with baby Raph and April. 

“Alright...according to this….Leo is at the rooftop across from Ulmerton.” (Donnie) 

“Well, then he’s fine Mikey.” (April) 

“He’s not moving dudes.” (Mikey) 

Donnie looks back at the screen and noticed also. 

“Hmm, maybe he stopped to take a breath.” (Donnie) 

“Can you see how long he’s been there D ?” (April) 

“Sure. He’s been there….for about...FOURTY FIVE MINUTES !???!?!?!?” (Donnie) 

“What ?!????” (Casey, April and Mikey) 

The scream wakes up the baby and Raph begins to cry again. 

“Shhh. It’s ok Raphie….we’re looking for Leo….shhhh.” (Casey) 

Casey walks out of the lab and rocks Raph back and forth in his arms a few times and pushed the binky into his mouth and he calms down after a few minutes. Casey walks back to the lab and Mikey and Donnie nod their heads to April signaling they had already come up with a plan.  

“Alright Casey you stay here with Raph and April incase anything happens or Leo somehow makes it back. Mikey and I are going to get him.” (Donnie) 

“Got it D.” (April) 

Casey nods and Mikey runs out and comes back with his big orange fluffy blanket. 

“What’s that for ?” (Donnie) 

“Leo. It’s almost 30 degrees outside.” 

“Then you better hurry.” (Casey) 

“Wait guys !! Wear these.” (April) 

April walks over to the cabinet in Donnie’s lab and hands the two turtles some warm clothes. 

“Jackets and sweatpants ?” (Donnie) 

“Woah dudette how’d you get these in our sizes ?” (Mikey) 

“I know your sizes Mikey I’ve lived here before and I spend a lot of time with you all. For example, your size would be smaller than Donnie’s since he’s taller. And Donnie’s would be smaller around the waist since he doesn’t eat as much pizza as you do.” (April) 

April earned a chuckle and Mikey and Donnie put their clothes on and brought an extra pair for Leo and run to his location as fast as they can in the cold brutal weather.
