Whenever he sees Stan and Kyle do something "gay", he shamelessly asks questions about their sex life. which pisses off Kyle and makes Stan pinch the bridge of his nose and close his eyes (which I refer to as "The Stan).
Kyle and Stan constantly have to remind Kenny that they are in a purely romantic/platonic (depending on how you view them) relationship and that they are not in a sexual relationship.
Kenny doesn't act like a perv with Butters because he respects Butters wish to not have sex. Whenever Kenny and Butters are spending time together, Kenny, especially while drunk or high, makes comments on tits and other female body parts, right in front of Butters! Butters doesn't mind, except he would like to have some wholesome conversation every once in a while.
Kenny basically makes sexual comments on any two (or more *insert eyes emoji*) people who are within one foot of each other, because since he was already horny as a kid, you can imagine how horny he'd be once he's 17, which is around the age when the male sex drive usually tends to kick in (I think)
Butters is the only one who doesn't get annoyed at Kenny for it.
oh yeah and Kenny hit puberty at an early age sometime during the show, which is why he mentions shaving his crotch in one episode, how he can already jack off, and why he can do the deep, gruff Mysterion voice at age 9. he has a wide voice range since he can also do a girly voice for Princess Kenny
