Although Kenny swears and says the F word a LOT, he doesn't swear around Karen. He did a couple times in "The Poor Kid", but the first time there was a lot of commotion in the McCormick household and Kenny said it quietly. therefore Karen probably didn't hear him. later, when Cartman arrived, he said "what the f*** are you doing here?" while Karen was in the room. however, Karen was at the other side of the room. Karen probably has bad hearing and so Kenny felt safe swearing a safe distance away.
I'm not sure on TFBW, I only saw one cutscene from the DLC and Kenny/Mysterion didn't swear, but Karen did at least 2 or 3 times. maybe after this incident Kenny might be fine with swearing around her but we'll just have to see.
(Also side note but I think it's cool how Karen's voice actress in the game is the same as Tails in Sonic Boom (idk about the games, I don't really keep up with Sonic anymore(edit 2020: aww that sounds sad i still love sonic though ;w;))
