"Tell me about them, what did you find out?"

"Don't try to change the subject, who was that? I can understand why you might help but that seemed to be more than necessary for a simple coffee spill. Did you get his name? Number?"

"Summer, our original conversation topic was originally about what this silly blind date person would be like, it is only you who is changing the subject. Now, tell me, what did you fin-"

A pair of shoes is thrown at my chest as I glare at my sister. We continue to stare at each other before she huffs and turns around to bring the selected clothes to the dressing room. I groan and toss the shoes onto a nearby shelf before I take a seat on one of the cousins used to try on shoes.

The moment we left the café, Summer asked question after question about the little interaction I had with Revon. I told her what happened, in little detail yet she continued to ask as though a life-changing moment had happened. As she questioned me about Revon, I questioned her on what she found out about this mysterious blind date. The only information I squeezed out of her was that the man was quite reserved and a little awkward but was a close friend to the gallery owner. Not much else was said before she started asking me questions again.

20 minutes later, Summer approaches me dressed in a completely new attire that even takes me back a little at how gorgeous the look is on her. It is elegant yet bold, something that would be appropriate for an exhibition but also for one going on a fine-dining date. This certainly doesn't help me figure out if the purpose of her meeting this artist is for business or leisure. The only ugly thing about the entire outfit is her face. She has a frown and pouting lips as she glares at me, hands set firmly on her hips.

Rather than giving her the pleasure of another argument on the matter, I simply stand up and leave, knowing she is following behind me.

"Jay, the only reason I am so interested in this guy you spoke to and helped is that that is so unlike you. I know I am trying to get you to go on this blind date... but... if your encounter with this guy went well, maybe there will be no need for a blind date..."

I look over my shoulder at her, with a raised eyebrow before shaking my head. "You are so determined to meet this artist person, that you rearranged your routine, one you are quite strict on though you act as if it doesn't bother you, you agreed to a blind date for someone else, not you, and now you are asking if there is any need?" I let out a small chuckle before looking back at her, eyeing her up and down, making sure she notices before I continue, "Is my interaction with some nervous office worker more important than this date you have with some Artist?"

Her face glows red, though unlike Revons flushing, this is more tied to frustration and anger. She grabs my arm before dragging me into a secluded corner, trying to hide her anger from onlookers. "It. Is. Not. A. Date. And also, you nimrod, I have a reason behind every question I ask. But since you are so infuriatingly dim, which is actually quite rare for you, maybe seeing Revons pretty little tummy knocked some brain cells out of your thick head, then I will simply force you to go to this date and you will be kissing my feet in thanks when it is over."

She takes a few deep breaths as she continues to glare at me before spinning on her feet and making a quick call. I follow behind her slowly knowing she is close to losing her head. After a moment of silence when she is off the phone, I state, "I never told you his name."

She stiffens slightly when I get closer but she only gives a brief answer. "You mumbled it while you were away with your own thoughts."

As I am about to disagree and question her more, a car pulls up and Ledger, Summers assistant, gets out and opens the door for her. Summers whole demeanour changes to a sweet, caring woman as she smiles at her assistant, gives his chest a small pat in thanks and gets into the car.
