Elisabeth sat down once more on her bed, flashlight in hand as she started re-reading her story one more time. Alex was right about it being a little too far fetched and all, but Elisabeth loved it with all her heart. She loved everything she wrote. So, as she put pen to paper, she wrote the very last chapter that would finish it all off.

It had been ten years.

Ten years since darkness took her in it's grip and made her into what she was now.

Ten years since she had her freedom taken and her body forced back into her comatose state.

Ten years within the darkness of Hades' domain as they waited for her to awaken.

Nick had failed his quest to bring her home, his quest that tied with his half brother Henry's to love the same woman that Nick took for granted. And now, it was as if it didn't matter anymore to anyone but Henry, who staid by her side in the darkness of the castle of the dead. Nick had moved on by taking Keith as his new lover as they lived out their lives quietly, Alex and Herc became the new Camp Half Blood councelers as they taught others like them how to defend themselves in this dangerous world, but Nico and Percy were still morning the loss of their little baby girl. And still, Henry staid with her every day and night, waiting till something would happen. Till she opened her eyes and smiled like this was all a bad dream. He held her hand in the darkness, the soft glow of the stars in her hair mignling with his warm ember shine she slept peacefully.

It was the ten year anevery of her kidnapping that day, the tenth year she did not wake up. Everyone form the origonal quests were there, Tina, Toby, Nick, Keith, Alex, Herc, Hades, and Persephone, watching as Henry shrowded her in the bariel shrowd of saphire blue and bubblegum pink. This was the last year they gave her to wake up, and so this was their goodbye.

Henry stepped away, allowing for Hades to light the body, shrowd, and deathbed ablaze, listening as the fire crackled and fizzed as it caught. There were wails of agony and sadness, tears that shed in vain as they watched the young woman they had grown up with burn before them. But Henry saw something that they didn't through their tears, his eyes dry from so many years of blame and greiving. He saw a smile play across the face of the dead woman, a sigh as sweet as song playing from her lips that made him gasp.

Henry watched her burn, the stars in her hair falling away to the ground as they disapeared in the night sky. He watched her body turn to ash, and the flames turn to a furious blue. Everyone stepped back, but Henry stepped forword with his arms outstreached as a maiden from the fire stepped forth. She did not look like Elisabeth, her body that of a woman covered in the universe's brightest stars, but the smile was still there. Her smile, warm and loving, was still there.

As the flames died down around her, her form shifted with the dying embers. The sky that was her skin turned to porcine white and shone with sweat, her hair falling around her in waves of brown and ashen gray, her eyes shining that soft amber that brought back the times we missed.

Henry offered her his hand, a single tear falling from his eyes as he felt all the demons in his heart suddenly lift with the rise of his sun. She looked at it for only a moment, before her amber eyes met his with childlike wonder. But she did not take his hand, she did not move to hug him or dance from the ashes at her newfound consciousness, but instead let soft words fall from her lips. And with these words the smile fell from his lips.

"Who are you?"
