Oh SHOOT! You think. I'm gonna be so late! You don't realize it, but your eyes start to turn blue. You go faster. And faster. You take sharp turn, going directly into the shop. You instinctively do a lap around to lose momentum, then you sit down by them, not even realizing what you did.
When neither of them speak, you can't take the awkwardness. You look down and see Legos sprawled across the table. "So... are you working on a Lego sculpture?" But they were silent. And they stared. You start to grow warm, wondering what you did wrong. "...guys?"
"How can you do that!?" Ned asks, white as a ghost.
Wait, what did I do? You wonder. Then it hits you. You revealed your powers... to SpiderMan. The person that was trying to hunt you down. Oh COME on! You stand up as fast as you can, and will yourself to go as fast as you possibly can. Building blur by, and you decide there's no way someone can be following you.
But to your bewilderment, you look back, and someone was following close behind.
