After the events of Infinity War...
It's been days since the Dust Disappearance, and you are losing hope. You can't find Peter and Ned hasn't contacted you either. You start to wonder if Peter had anything to do with this, with him being Spider-Man and all. You start to patrol the city as "The Silverlining", you told people. You became the new hero of New York.
While the Avengers are sitting on their butts, you are actually making a difference. Helping people find family members and getting supplies. There is no point in going to school. In fact people close them all altogether. Deep down inside somewhere you know that the people that disappeared aren't dead. They can't be. He can't be.
You try to contact everyone that you can in order for some clarification, but to no avail.
Then one day on your patrol, you see a helicopter fly overhead. You follow it, It must be someone of authority if they had a helicopter for gosh sakes. You were thankful for you speed, for it helped so much.
As the helicopter starts to land, you see a large building. You try your hardest to sneak in but someone catches you.
"HEY!" Their voice is heavily accented. It sounds Ukrainian or...
...no. Not that...
You turn around with your hands in the air. The source of the voice is still unclear. "Take of your mask, coward." The stranger says. He speeds over. Not even two inches away from your face.
You follow the orders given to you. You slowly peel of the mask. You see the strangers face but most of it is covered by their hair. Making the interaction equivalent to a one-sided mirror. "If I took of my mask, you have to pull your hair back. It's only fair." The stranger steps back, and pushes his hair out of the way.
You could finally see each other clearly.
And you will never forget who you saw.
